Chaos at Peckham Job Centre. Tyrant Goes Nuts. Police get dismissed!

I visited Peckham Job Centre Plus, & the unhinged tyrannical JCP Manager shows us all why these PUBLIC SERVANTS need to be held to account.
The fact that this Tyrant is allowed to work with members of the public is beyond concerning & leaves me with serious question marks over the safety of ANY individual that he has to come into contact with. He clearly has anger issues & needs professional help.
The civil enforcement gang aka the police are summoned & again seemed to try to police matters that quite frankly are outside their remit & have nothing to do with them, namely trespass.
The officers who in the grand scheme of things were reasonable & engaged in a constructive conversation still showed us that we the public are not treated as equals, & they don't act with impartiality.
They also once again fail when it comes to the BWV & not one of the three took the earliest opportunity to inform me they were in use.
This video would have been 75 mins long without any edits & for full disclosure any cuts I made were to edit out members of the public where it didn't compromise any of the footage showing interactions & the long wait for the police to arrive which was just me narrating to the camera for over 30 minutes.
I eventually got the police to leave & was able to leave of my own accord. Had it not been so drawn out I would have insisted on staying longer but I just couldn't be bothered this time & had other things that needed done so this seemed the best alternative.

When someone says something like that it just reveals something desperately sad about the way they think and see the world. Imagine that being important to you and using it as a way to make yourself feel above or "superior" to other people. That guy has a really ugly view of the world and other people and I can only imagine the misery he has inflicted on the poor and vulnerable people coming in to the job centre, often at their lowest ebb. This vile individual has so much clear contempt for the poor, he likely has really damaged a lot of people in his role. Disturbing stuff.

This is a review that was made 2 months ago on google - had a horrible experience at this job centre, the guy with dreadlocks is the most rudest customer service manager i have ever experienced which provided NO help whatsoever and made me feel so low and manipulated me, he has no manners and respect, if you have an appointment with Darren do NOT go. he doesn’t know what he’s doing and is very lazy, everyone else in the job centre is lovely. this guy should NOT be a customer service manager, he doesn’t know how to handle customers. avoid him at ALL costs!

Eddy Grant there needs reporting. I worked in Peckham JCP, for a number of years as a security officer. Many of the staff there are ABSOLUTELY embarrassing and very unprofessional to many members of the public. I worked for G4s. Who are also a bloody embarrassment, many guards were not trained properly, and very good at causing unnecessary situations with the public. On many occasions I defused many moments that were caused by the terrible unprofessional attitudes of the JCP staff. It was and still is a bloody shambles. No matter what other people say.

I went to dod st job centre for help fillingnin a pip form. I have hEDS and my fingers break when pressure is applied so I can't write.
They refused to help me with the form saying they don't do that anymore and that as a white woman I should have people I can ask for help, I said I don't and even if I did I don't want them knowing how bad my health really is because majority of it is invisible, I looked round and saw a member of staff filling in a form for a man, so I asked why is he getting help, she said "he doesn't speak or read English" and I said that's discrimination and they really didn't understand where I was coming from. Kept bringing up that I'm white so I'm privileged for that reason alone and I shouldn't be so racist. I lost my composure and started crying coz I felt like I was being attacked for being white and for having a problem with being discriminated. I Cussed them out without raising my voice while theu shouted racial and hate abuse as I left. I was sobbing down the st. There's no services in tower hamlets for white British, if I was bangla or Somali or even eastern European I'd have 20 odd choices to ask for help with my forms but there's no help for white British. I'm actually Irish and irish are part of BAME but because I'm white people seriously and ignorantly think u can't have white minorities here. I don't want special treatment tho, I just want equality.
It's awful, even going in there for an appointment your sized up like yeah I'm a 5 foot nothing female what are you expecting me to do, I'm just here for what I'm entitled to, don't matter if you do actually work, show any confidence they try to squash it, probably part of the whole process

Job centres are nuts places, the number of times I've been in them when the security escalated problems rather then solved them is unbelievable, I'd be frightened of working in one not because of the claimants but the security egging on angry and possibly mentally ill people to do stuff like arson, its mad.
