    About Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada:
    Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on CZcams.
    At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. He soon earned a nickname for his fast knife, attention to detail, divine presentation and ability to create new dishes and accents based on traditional Japanese cuisine. After graduating RKC Chef School, he was called to serve under Master Chef Kondo at Yuzuan restaurant in Kochi, Japan from 1989-1992. Mr. Kondo is the master of Kansai style cooking, considered to be the high-end of Japanese cuisine. Terada earned the title Master Sushi Chef by becoming the standing head sushi chef & can serve Fugu (Japan Licensed) to the public.

      A lot of people don't understand this but even sushi at those fancy places are not necessarily fresh. Fresh fish has no flavour. When you freeze/marinate fish for a few days, the true flavour comes out.

    I think they call it the Quasimoto Sushi Roll because it looks like the bell tower were he clamed sanctuary and its made out of the ordinary just like ,Quasimoto was.Really enjoyed this one thanks for sharing it!!!

    I just wanted to say thank you so much Hiro is my hero I've been watching you for years started watching when he was at the restaurant and have watched him go to different parts of the world seen him feed stars and make fugu cheered him on when he made it into the Guinness book and so many more things. But to be mentioned in a video has made my day its better than winning a free knife and I've learned how to make my all time favorite sushi all in one day I'm blown away thanks guys.

    in illinois i get the same tuna sushi grade block and masago just like you got in this video. it is what it is we dont live in florida so we do it with what we have here. all because of watching this channel. keep the vids coming love em. that frozen tuna block here is $19.99 a lb. the salmon fillet whole is $14.99 a lb farm raised sashimi grade runs about $25 for the side (fillets)

    Excellent Awesome creative process. Beautiful Dungeness Crabs and Maine Lobster The best of both Oceans( Pacific and Atlantic).
    Fresh Water Crayfish can be just as good or better then ocean lobster!
    In North America there are (3 ) three known species of large Fresh Water Crayfish, the Pacific Northwest Signal Crayfish and the two species of Bottle Brush Crayfish which are currently known to be found in Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama.
    I highly recommend you guys get in touch with Mike Burrell of Team Craysyer who has the annual Crayster Day seafood event in September. Of which the basis is the large Fresh water Signal Crayfish.
    Such would be a win win for all for concerned for Hiro, with his honed developed culinary skills as well as for Team Craysyer for their outstanding effective Crayfish Traps in catching what is said to be one of the largest known species of North American Fresh water Crayfish; the Signal Crayfish.
