      @Critical Cheeze The meat isn't tough, like guga just said eating the sashimi "it melts like butter..." Litterally took another bite and said it again. It's a myth, because cows, and lamb, pigs usually get tougher in their meat with age, lobster is different and much smaller compared to other animals.

    Here's a challenge for ya. Smoked bluefish and fresh bluefish. The Narragansett town dock in rhode island (exporter) has it. Its usually regarded as a trash fish here in RI and a nuisance.

      And after thought sea robin. The french call them gurnard. Supposed to be a delicacy but almost never seen them for sale in the us or if they were offered commercially it was twice as expensive as lobster. The town dock maybe able to get them when they come into season.
