2 years ago we lost 2 whole months of work due to a drought. You never know from year to year how summers gonna go. It's good to have other equipment to do odd jobs during that time to keep you uo and going. Alot of times you make more doing that than mowing.

Not sure about GA but police don’t do reports on private property in tn. Might be the same there. That’s not even possible that it would pop out of gear and back into park to hit hers. I know she’s old but i wouldn’t even pay it. She’d have a hard time getting it.

I have seen extended cab trucks park and the back of the truck sticking way out into the road, the scratch on the car looked like something drug across it not bumped into it? I finally mowed everything today, last week was a bust and most likely next week is also a bust, i usually have this drought happen in late July and August but not in June. Versailles Kentucky.

Ray, do not pay a dime to that lady. I am intimately familiar with the law regarding these situations. The reason the police refused to come out is because it happened on private property. Police do not get involved in fender benders on private property. The way the law works is each party is responsible for fixing their own vehicle at their own expense. You need to contact your insurance company before she does and tell them what happened so they do not start a claim. You were under no responsibility to provide your info to her and should not have. Once you tell your insurance company your car was parked with no occupants in it that will be the end of it. This is how it works in Georgia so don’t everyone be telling me how it works in your state because it is not applicable.
