- While driving through our neighborhood, we noticed an elderly lady sitting in front of her house. Her gutters and roof were in terrible condition. We decided to stop and offer her a free gutter installation. She couldn't believe it and was quite skeptical at first. But our plan wasn't just to install new gutters - we wanted to surprise her with a completely free new roof as well! Watch her heartwarming reaction when we reveal the big surprise. She could barely hold back her tears!

I really like the fact that she was cautious and got you to sign multiple times, elderly people get taken advantage of the most and it's good to see her being pragmatic even though you can tell at the bottom of her heart she really did trust the guys. Not everyone is like Rudan Brothers, so better safe than sorry.

I didn't know the value of this until recently, I had a steel roof company come to my house to give me my free estimate. I have a smaller house, but he quickly turned into a used car salesman and told me the roof with "free gutters add-on" would be $28,000. Just in case anyone wonders how amazing it is that Rudan does this for free. It's not a simple give-away, it's a life-changing gift to a homeowner.
