- If you're looking to take your loop resistance band training to the next level, then this video is for you!
We have developed a game changing new handle for resistance bands that allows you to maximize your training options, while eliminating many of the common issues with band training.
The custom Clench Band handle eliminates pinching, pulling, and digging into hands from resistance bands. It also spreads the bands away from your hands and limbs to make band training more comfortable.
It also boasts 3 unique attachment points to allow you to attach your bands in a variety of ways. The innovative hooks also give you the ability to take up slack in your bands and adjust the length to best fit your exercises.

I've had my Clench Fitness handles for about 3 years now and they're still going strong. Top quality! Would definitely buy them again. But then again...I won't have to.
Nice! They're built to last!
Love my Clench handles. Great demonstration, especially showing off the weight capacity.
Thanks LaRosa!
Honestly the 150lb limit is what kept me from firing off. I assumed it was a safety number but didn't want to spend money on something I'd just break. Seems solid. Order incoming
Thanks James, glad you liked our demo.
"You've just created a 2-pound projectile that can fly across the gym or wherever you're at and cause havoc and destruction."
SOLD!
Noice! I'm glad I watched this. I saw in passing this product on the internet, but didn't even slow down because it wasn't shaped in a way of what I envisioned that I was looking for. This really does seem to solve the problems I was looking to solve.
Glad the video was helpful! Sometimes it's nice to see a product in action!
Thanks for this timely vid Brandon; you have addressed my question re: Clench Handles superbly! I’m a big believer in direct, empiracal evidence! Well done!
Glad you found it helpful! Thanks for watching!
i have your clench handles but I prefer bodylastics handles and carabiners. The handle rotates in your hand whereas your handles dont rotate and dig into your hand when using heavier bands. I would like yours more if you made the handle smoother and maybe even made it so the ends rotate freely from the center handle.Other than that you guys did a great job thinking outside of the box with these. Great quality products
6:31 when you described how you can fine tune the length was the most helpful part for me. I don't know how others use the loop bands when you start the rep with no tension or end the rep and don't feel like you've got full tension in the band
Same. I went, "Oooooh!"
Because most people use a door anchor. With an anchor point, you can easily step away from it and create a stretch in the band. So you just walk away from it until the tension is where you want it
2:28 Loop a large band beneath both feet and grip left side of the band in your left hand and do the same with the right side? And wear full finger training gloves?
I’m genuinely very impressed with the presentation & quality of this product. Take my money
If this doesn't convince people then nothing will. I've loved taking my Clench bands and handles on vacations. They're great for hotel balcony workouts.
Thanks Rene!
Genius idea. Exactly what I have been looking for
Thanks Darren!
I love the Clench handles and use them most every day, but they have one weakness. There are certain exercises where a rotatable handle would be very nice. Bicep curls are a good example. For exercises like these I use a handle with a nylon webbing strap.
Man i love my clench handles!!!! They are the best 👌 hands down!!!!...
Very nice video. I'm glad to see that the handles can handle more than the rated 150 lbs. I know some people on the forums were hesitant to buy these because they were afraid that they would break and that 150 lbs didn't seem like much. I've had my two sets almost from when you first offered them for sale but probably don't use them as much as I should. I hate to say that I've mostly used ones like the black set you showed. I guess I need to start using yours more.
Man I wish I had seen these before I ordered the metal "amazon" handles...... I was considering the hammer grips from trx but I believe I may get these instead. I wonder if I can return the metal handles and get my money back 🤔
The issues I have with the Clench handles is that one side is open and the open side digs into my palm or my fingers depending on how I’m holding it. You should consider filling, or closing the void side. I also can’t seem to get my bands to come out evenly when trying to store them on the handles, but that’s a secondary issue to the discomfort.
I have them too and faced the same issue. It was easily fixed by wrapping the handle with some self fusing silicon tape. Works really well.
I love the Clench Handles I have multiple pairs of them
Great demonstration and great product, hope you guys branch out to Europe some time. I recommend maybe calling up fitness-seller (Dutch based company) so you can work out some kind of deal and branch out.
Thank you! We currently ship to Europe and most of the world. We are definitely looking at options for distribution to help optimize shipping costs.
The problem with products not sold on Amazon (which ships internationally for free, if you spend enough at once) is that international shipping is prohibitive. More expensive than the item itself, very often. 😕
1:02 Wear gloves?
What if you have small hands? Looks like you have to have a large hand to have a comfortable grip
Can you do hammer curls with these handles without the band sliding?
Yes. Check out this demo! czcams.com/video/l6OlwHmll3w/video.htmlsi=6POYlxO2wJI0ytzc&t=146
How do you like the band set up with the hooks on wall? I was thinking about getting the one that attaches to wall and you can slide bands up and down
I love the hooks, you can do so much more with bands while using the wall anchors.
@1:57 simply wrap it around your feet once or twice
Great video, do you have a video on doing a goblet squat with the Clench handles?
Thanks Dean. Yes we do have a goblet squat video. Production quality is not as good as our new videos, but it gets the job done. czcams.com/video/W3sp_uGF9XA/video.html
Will these handles accommodate the wide green band lets say for deadlifts? Standing in the middle of the band and hooking a handle on each side?
Yes, they can hold up to 1.75 inch wide bands
"Well, you just created a 2 pound projectile that's gonna cause ha-voc and destruction"
The Clench band handle is only 1/4 lb. It creates a lot less havoc and destruction than the steel handles.
do they wear out the bands when they are rubbing with a lot of force against a small surface area of the handle?
No they do not damage your bands when used properly.
I’ve really enjoyed using my clench handles for a few months now. Just curious… in your tests, have you added weight until it breaks to see an actual breaking point?
Thanks Dan! Yes we have pull these apart many times, ultimately what happens is the hooks fold up to the point where the band/strap slips off and that's usually around 350-375 lbs.
@@ClenchFitness would it be a ridiculous idea for you guys to make video showing it break?
That is great - are this handles also available in Europe (Austria)?
Thanks! Yes we do!
@@ClenchFitness Great innovation! Any update yet about Europe distributor? Shipping + tax eats up a lot of dough :)
are those pull up bands?
They are 41" loop bands. Sometimes referred to as pull up bands.
@@ClenchFitness Thank You for your time. I am considering buying your handles from Germany regardless of the shipping costs and customs but I am interested if it would be a consideration for you to put your products on a sales market like Amazon so other people around the world can get your products easier with less cost barrier.
Best Regards
Where can I buy these handles
Www.clenchfitness.com

It still hits his arm.
How much tension can It resist?
We rate it to 150lb , but as you can see in the video it can hold much more than that.
@@ClenchFitness i mean the wall
@@irelandserverferrersegura4021 the wall anchors are pretty strong as well when mounted into studs. We rate them to 500 lbs
@@ClenchFitness ok thanks
Workouts should be uncomfortable.
There's a difference between discomfort in your muscles and not being able to finish your reps because of pain in your hands! It's a similar concept to using wraps to help you get more solid reps out of your heavy barbell/dumbbell training!
