Yep I did it the cheap way on my Dodge Dart with the 2.4 which shares the same block as this Kia Optima. It sounded that crap. So I went back and had them put on resonators and it cleaned up the harshness is sound.

Just leave this jawn stock or better yet do a resonator delete, it don't sound good after the Carven exhaust was put on. 🤷🏿
