    So what about falsafied reports by the policeman. Shouldn't he be charged criminally?

    I'm glad all charges were dropped and will eventually be expunged from the record. With that said, the explanation from the DA is not consistent with the video they provided from the patrol car dash camera. According to the DA's account, the Academy tour bus was stopped from entering the gate by the LMPD and instructed to turn around. Supposedly, Detective Gillis was directing traffic so the bus could complete the 3 point turn when the encounter with Mr. Scheffler occurred.
    However, Detective Gillis' report said "PGA personnel" stopped the bus, and from what I can see, the bus sat stationary for 1 minute and 40 seconds before its driver EXITED the bus. Then, within a few seconds of exiting, you can see Mr. Scheffler's car moving around the bus. Bottom line, I saw no attempt by the driver of the bus to turn around; it just sat parked in the intersection the entire time. And if you watch the dash cam video for another 7 minutes or so, eventually the driver re-enters his bus and ultimately drives through the entrance gate, just like anyone else. I don't see anything that would lead me to believe that bus was ever instructed to turn around, but if it was, it should have been directed to drive through the gate and turn around inside the club, just like all shuttle buses would normally do. A 3 point turn in the middle of traffic makes absolutely no sense.
    What's just as strange is how a Cline tour bus entered that same gate approximately two minutes (video mark 19.00) before the Academy tour bus was supposedly denied entry. One car entered the gate 5 seconds after the Cline tour bus but no other vehicles entered the gate until the Academy tour bus approached the entrance at mark 21.04. So what caused the 2 minute delay before the Academy tour bus arrived at the entrance gate? And why did the bus driver just sit in the intersection for 1 minute and 40 seconds? And why did he EXIT the bus when he was parked in the middle of the intersection, thereby impeding all traffic from entering the gate?
    It's real hard to imagine how anyone was actually directing or facilitating the flow of traffic at this time. If anything, they were only making it more difficult for everyone. Finally, add a needlessly aggressive police officer to the mix and you have the nightmare Mr. Scheffler unfortunately experienced.

    It took 10 days because the prosecutor is a total idiot. They do not like losing cases. Someone higher up decided to do the right thing.

    I hope this attorney represents John Mills family because they certainly have a law suit that may include the Louisville police department .

    @miken2686 Před měsícem +4

    how dare he flash the obituary and the name of Mr. Mills to start the proceedings?!? What the hell was he going for? This prosecutor once again, with a mulligan, proved to be as incompetent as he seemed the first time.
    This guy is a bumbling idiot. Way too may words (much like his previous appearances) to say what needs to be said. So much explanation when it's not necessary. All that stuff on the record to cover their collective asses.

    Pro PGA golfer Scottie Scheffler praised God ahead of 2024 Masters. Scottie says he believes in ✝️ Jesus. Ultimately, I think that's what defines me the most… I was called here to glorify God,' number 1 ranked golfer Scottie Scheffler told the media Wednesday ahead of the 2024 Masters. He is a great athlete to use as and Christian example.

    Corruption in the department would have been exposed in trial. Better to dismiss from their perspective.
