One might expect to assign new officers to more subdued areas; I guess the veterans have had enough of K&A... throw the newest, most inexperienced at the problem... yea, right.
5:10 and that is exactly why they shouldn't hire police from outside of the communities that they serve.
Next fiscal years police budget is $877.4 million down $45 from last year because of the building of a new forensics facility. Most of the budget increases will be going for more officers and raises for dispatch. That's a ton of cabbage to spend a year.

I used to play in that park that was turned into a school I remember that tennis 🎾 court and the pool too we used to play handball there also back in the early 90
I worked next door to the academy for a summer back around 1980 . The did their hand to hand training out on the lawn weather permitting. I got to sit at the fence and audit the class two times.
They are on Cambria St. to Somerset St. And Ruth St
They are building a brand new drug treatment facility next to the prison in state road. It will be able to accommodate 600 patients. That will definitely help and won't get any pushback because of the location.

For a second I couldn't believe that was Kensington avenue. That's quite cleaned up but if they're not arresting anybody then word it all the people go. Or is this just all like you're saying a political show that are they just doing this on certain days or certain times. And then later the people come back in. Because I've seen that before out in California or Oregon places like that where they'll come through and clean it up for business hours during the week but then it fills back up in the weekend with all the crap. Interesting for all the footage I've watched

When they throw recruits straight into kenzo its jus a matter of time before they due something stupid cause like you say most are not from down there and be scared foreal and alot of time leads to mistakes and cases not sticking and lawsuits happening and sometimes theyll shoot a mfr out of fear the Eddie Izzary murder perfect example that coo that got away wit murder was only 27 was on force few years and still was scared so bad he shot a guy threw his window cause had a knife i still dont get how he got away wit that😂
