私も行きつけの美味しくで大好きなお店です。この動画は他の四つ角飯店取り扱った動画よりも更にドキュメンタリー要素が多くてスタッフのインタビューもあり楽しかったです。一時期毎日通ってましたが全メニュー制覇したので最近は気が向いた時に並ばない時間を狙って行っています。ももさん本当に美しすぎますよね。

２４：３３～の油落としには、敬服を致します！！👏👏 それも、２５年前からの発想、着目点が違う所が大行列の証拠ですね！餃子の焼きが、とても綺麗です。
こんなお忙しいお店に、二輪の🌹🌹、きっとファン も多いのではないかと😊 ここには、是非お邪魔したい！と思います。 「四つ角飯店」様、益々のご発展心よりお祈り申し上げております。
こちらのお店の店主と考え方が似ていて嬉しくなりました。食べ終わった時にピークを迎える味付け。最初の一口にインパクトがある味は最後の方には濃く感じてしまいます。
どれもこれも余りにも美味しそう過ぎて、気が遠くなりそう・・・😍
そしてお店の方々の熱い心意気に感動です！
ずっと働きっぱなしなのが心配ですが、皆さん何卒お元気で！！

I have been in the restaurant business my whole life. And I have never seen such a tactically efficient and creative way to scoop and shape steamed white rice into a bowl and shape it like a ice cream cone 🍦. If I ever visit Japan. This place will be my first meal off the airplane. I wish this restaurant nothing but continued success! What a hard working and humble crew.
if you visit China you will see most of the good restaurants serve their rice in a round dome, a small bowl will halve twice as much rice this way xD some Chinese places in US do it too, but the dome is much smaller most of the time
The video was long but it almost felt like a documentary- we got to see from opening to closing and got to know the staff and their philosophy. It was obvious they were all working so hard. I can't imagine making dumplings for 7 hours xD Momo and Rio were so cute too ^_^ I didn't know about the oil removing thing using soup. All the dishes had amazing portions. Looked so good. v.v

正直、サムネの美人さん目当てで見始めたけれど。働く人すべてが自分の分担に矜持をもって取り組んでて全員イケメンすぎるし、そんなお店の料理はすべてが美味しいんだろうなぁと容易に想像できますね。オーナーの食への拘りが結局のところお客さんの健康を気遣ってるし。最高ですね！
