    I’ve been doing this workout everyday for just over 3 weeks now and I’m starting to see a difference in the appearance of my cellulite 😁 THANK YOU!!! Make sure you listen and do everything he says (tighten/tense your legs when he says to). Never skip a day, be dedicated if you want the results, I’m 30 years of age and this is the first workout I’ve done since about year 7 at high school, it works if you put in the work, good luck 😊

    Added this routine to leg day
    Walked home and almost got arrested for W. W. I.
    Walking while intoxicated.
    But I told the cop it was leg day.
    He said I feel your pain!!!

    That lady is incredibly fit and really executes those exercises quite well. This video inspried me to do 20 mins of quad and glutes today and wow, I feel great, my knees and hips aren't clicking at all. Piece by piece, the kinetic chain is coming together.

    Thanks for the tips! I actually did see results after a few workouts, I still watch this video regularly...I like it because it's basically just adding 8 minutes to my usual routine.

    So thankful for your workouts. My body has greatly improved. Thank you for featuring low intensity exercises. It has helped me to strengthen my hips. Years ago I hurt it when I fell after taking a shower. I am getting better with the help of your workouts.

    im doing these to workout my legs after a horrible knee injury and my doctor emphasized working out my hamstrings and he was so right! ive done most of these exercises before the injury and it was easy BUT NOW it is just wow

    Oh my days... I needed something for my hamstrings. I looked and thought it wouldn't do much for me. It's a deceptively difficult 7 minutes. It's worthy of being in any HIIT routine.

    Hey, sorry for the late response! I just noticed this comment now. Yes, I did see results after only a few workouts. The "back of my leg" is now evened out with the front. I also eat tons of potatoes and drink a protein shake after each workout. I still watch this video regularly.

    I'm naturally skinny and am trying to gain some fat/muscle mass on my lower body. I've been doing simple squats at home and actually saw some results on my butt and thighs. However, my hamstring muscles aka "the back of my leg" is still kind of flat. I'm going to try this routine for a month and see how it goes.

    Most of these exercises aren't super-advanced... The one that I found the most beneficial (as a professional martial artist) is the standing hamstring curl... For a little extra challenge, try it without a wall!

    I am amazed that people can move their bodies like this. I can barely get my butt off the ground for a double or single leg glute bridge. No matter how hard I press its like I don't even have that range of motion lol

    Try keeping your chest on the floor. if that doesnt work try keeping your legs bent in a 90 degree angle instead of bending them in wards. if u can only get your legs only slightly up just keep working till you build strength.

    This was more glutes than hamstrings, and the last one was a lower back killer, I'd suggest doing that on the weekends, since that'll take some time to recover from.

      Make sure you target your hamstrings. Don't rely on your back when your hamstrings get sore. Also when he says tighten your hamstrings, make sure to do that. It help that muscle to get the work out. Also your breathing is important.

    thanks, i prefer forward lunge, rather than backward/reverse lunge.
    doing reverse lunge, after eating, upset my stomach. doing forward lunge after eating, is fine for me.
    both forward and backward lunge, train hamstring as 'dynamic stabliizer' muscles
