Depends on the skin tone and the frequency of acne occurrence. I used to have a lot of acne. Using sunscreen helped me with that. But once I totally got rid of my acne, I kinda stopped using sunscreen (bc I think less is more). One thing to be noted: I have a dark wheatish kind of skin tone, so I get away with not applying sunscreen everyday. I only apply it when I have to go outside. On top of that, I also always use an umbrella to protect myself from the sunrays. If you wish to go out without sunscreen, make sure to cover your skin and take an umbrella. It really helps. Note: You should only do what your dermatologist recommends and not follow the TRUST ME BRO GANG without a second thought. Have a great time!❤

Back then also, without controlling my sugar intake, I tried to lighten it, it didn't work much tho. The dark marks around the neck,under arms and groin can be just a normal dry sking problem or a slight infection. Don't listen to CZcams videos and go to a proper doctor or skin specialist to get the information you need.
