I tried your pancake recipe this morning and just changed it up by using apple mango puree instead of plain apple sauce. I also spread some of that between the pancake layers and put some vanilla soy yoghurt, coconut flakes and maple syrup on top. It was soooo good and my non-vegan fam was hella impressed. Everyone said it tasted delicious. Thx for the awesome recipe!
The best thing ever is avocado coconut icecream!
You just have to mix an avocado with 1/2 can of coconutmilk and a sweetener of your choice and then leave it in the frigde for some hours. Optional you can also add some cocoa powder, some nutmeg, cinamon, salt or lemon!
It really is amazing, you have to try it out!!! :D

That oatly barista milk literally changed the game. Just a tip for your mom: alpro apparently also has 3 types of milk especially for coffee (coconut, almond and soy), you can buy at a wholesale (I guess that's what you call them?). I live in the Netherlands and that's where I get my vegan milk from

I get one from Trader Joe’s. I don’t know if it’s vegan or not but it’s definitely healthier than actual Nutella.

I don't find vegan appel juice in germany.
Oatly is available in the US on Amazon. You can also make your own extremely creamy oatmeal cake at home. Nutiva has just put out a very dark chocolate version of Nutella and it's quite delicious and it's not as hazelnutty as Nutella but it is very good on toast pancakes waffles and the like. We have tons of almond yogurt here but I prefer to make my own so weigh yogurt 12 little glass jars at a time with lids and it is yummy! You did it again and gave me so many ideas. As soon as I have a caregiver again I will be able to get the ingredients and it will be Mina snack time all day! :-)

The Oatly barista edition really helped me overcome my last non-plant based vice: that milk in my coffee. No other plant based milk comes close, for coffee. I recently tried a sip of coffee with cow’s milk, and I cannot believe how sour and horrible it tasted 😫 So definitely once and for all DONE with that.
This week I tried the organic oat milk from Oatly, which I would love to love because it has a lot fewer ingredients, but it is not nearly as good as the iKaffe version (which is also perfect on cereal).
I love oatmilk it is definitely my favorite vegan milk 💯

I envy the fact that you could buy fresh strawberries or bluberry (basicially fruits that are Only available on really short amount of time in the year in my country). Beside that great video 👌🏻
