The V10 F1 was the loudest of all F1's, at a level of 150 dB (1m), which is 16x more louder than a Car Horn (110 dB), 8x louder than an Ambulance Siren (120 dB), 4x louder than a Helicopter (130 dB), about 4x louder than the now shitty V6 Turbo F1 (134 dB) and double the loudness of the V8 F1 (145 dB). 150 dB @1m is 130 dB @10m, ouch !
we still needs this back, my first Melb GP was 2005, I heard those engines from the bloody airport.. .. even when they went to V8's it was gone, it wasn't even close, now these stupid little V6's lol

If you're not a fan of the ovals, there are sub divisions that run road courses, even the cup runs at some road courses. You get that noise at road America and many other NA road tracks.
