For the iPhone 11 that you bought, which condition did you choose??
Fair, Very good or like new??
I chose Very Good But I got another one for my sister in a fair condition (an Xr) and it was free of scars perfect in all senses. Anyway, if you choose a condition and you don’t like it, you can send it back (for free) and change it to another condition.

Hey! I would recommend very good. Because fair condition is subjective: fairness is different from one person to another whereas very good it’s a hard to negotiate condition. It will most certainly meet your expectations. If you order like new condition it will literally be new. Mine is a very good condition and I can attest that it has one tiny scratch in one of the corners that is hardly visible and that’s all.
I know swappie through all the very annoying and badly produced CZcams ads that can never be skipped.
Oh :/ and yet you’re still interested in knowing more about it that’s nice 🙂

My charger port started giving trouble about a year after buying. It barley charges now. And does not hold charge well at all!
Did you tried different charger? If not true it because sometimes the charger is getting old. Or there is something in there so only if there touching the thing they need to it charges
I’m not an pro at this but the first thing is it probably or there is just something wrong with it 😢
The problem with Swappie around 2019-2020 is that they used a very bad 3rd party battery in the phone I bought. Just a couple of days after arrival the battery health started going down, we're talking down to 10% over a short amount of time, also crashing a lot and changing battery health. During all this the battery started expanding and bending the original screen. Expanding as in extremely bad for your life. It looked like a tennis ball in the end. We took it to a certified repair place where I live and they basically said that Swappie had no clue what they did. And that the battery was very cheap and known to fail. We got a new good battery and the problems stopped, the phone is still good. A lot of people have had similar experiences with Swappie cause it seems they still use non original batteries. I'm not saying all their phones are bad, but people have to be cautious around companies that cheap out on batteries. I avoided using the Swappie warranty cause several people experienced Swappie claiming that phones were water damaged, or any other issues voiding the warranty completely. And I'm talking hundreds of people getting told their phones were water damaged. Strange how so many verified buyers all had water damaged phones, even more now. I know Swappie sounds like a dream for your wallet, but it's not worth getting a phone that has such huge risks to life.
What about swappie in 2022? Im thinking of buying a iphone 11 pro in good condition, but do they still deliver shitty iphones as you say?
@@kallenielsen9807 Mine was in the top quality and it had bumps and scratches and the battery was a hazard to life. As far as I’m aware they don’t use high quality batteries. Read bad reviews on Trust Pilot, those are a guarantee to be a real experience. Trust Pilot has a reputation for having fake positive reviews.

Thanks for the video. I'm from Poland 🇵🇱, and I was thinking to buy an iPhone 13 Pro with Max Memory of 256 GB. Do you suggest buying an iPhone from Swappie?
From an economic perspective, it's definitely worth it. If you choose the "as new" option it may cost more or less the same as new but if you choose "very good" or "satisfactory" you'd get it cheaper than new and the quality price ratio is worth it.
From a sustainable optic, even when you get "as new" from swappue for almost the same price as the new one, it's still worth it. It avoids that more iphones are produces and more greenhouse gases are emitted to the atmospher and avoids residues and waste.
i want to purchase iphone from swappie it will be good like with all original parts or they change the parts of phone?
Normally, the iphones that swappie purchases from us (regular people) tend to be in great state already. If they need refurbishment, they use other iphones (not destined to be sold) to replace the parts. The point is all the parts are real apple parts. They don’t use copies or cheap parts.
Please give me one choice if i want it will be good for me or not? because i want to buy 13 pro but i didn't get so i will buy 12 pro max it will be good from swappie?
@@sonushira719 all iPhones are very good (you should also consider the condition of the phone). 13 pro is still not available. And this is the best time to get your 12 pro because the launching of new apple products engender the decrease in prices for the older versions. Now everyone is trying to sell their 12 pro to buy 13 pro. The offer is pretty high which lowers the price of the before-latest versions. I hope to have helped clarify your doubts.

Hello! Yes, still great! Naturally the battery capacity worsens slightly as in any phone. But other than that, all good. You can check the quality of the sound and camera in the recent videos!

@@bintoukonneh5941 you email them through the website explaining that for the best condition they offer, you weren’t expecting to receive a phone whose life battery lower than 100%. I hope you get it with 100% from the start so you don’t have to ship it back (for free) and get another one with 100% battery life. But in such case, just email them.

I got the iphone with the standard and i got it new by chance. I actually got two phones and both came with battery health of 100%

Ordered a Swappie phone. The phone arrived with a camera that would not focus. Had to send it back, have not heard anything from Swappie so far. Where is my phone? Why does Swappie sell broken phone? Don't they test their phones properly before selling them? Paid for the phone and what do I have? Nothing.
Hello! I’m sorry to hear that. You may need to contact them via email. Did you choose the refund or fix option? Maybe they refunded you. They do not sell broken phones, they sell refurbished phones which may have had a problem and were fixed or just someone wanted to upgrade so they sold their phone to swappie. I do not work for them nor do I get paid for saying anything good or bad about them so I cannot reply on their behalf but just be patient because you’re doing something good for the environment and your wallet!!
