@@AlQamarProductionsIt's a bit weird to explain. I've not formally studied the forms, but I have some basic knowledge. For e.g Ajam sounds more happy and enlightening. In Ajam the voice gets softer and more positive (usually used when talking about Jannah).
And Hijaz style I can notice too, but I don't know how to explain it😂

No, both a different. Surah as-Sajdah is from a whole salah, where he recited in that surah, and the Surah al-Insan is from another day
There has to be name for Rast + Ajam together like here at 9:09

He actually shifted from Rast to Ajam at that point and it's just Ajam, like Abdullah Bro says, probably why it sounds like both combined.
A mixture of Rast and Ajam is apparently called Jiharkah
