a special mention full jus with Dins does decent here. great for solo runs and learning how to be the tank while being a bit more forgiving if you miss the melee pray switch. not recommended for ffas or mass worlds but definitely worth it if splitting and learning to solo.
What do you recommend doing if you get nervous joining a team? It's the reason I don't do raids, I was hoping to join possibly a mass world? There's not much information on nightmare so I don't know how it works. I just want to grind it alone in my own free time, I'm fine with joining mass worlds if it's relatively easy. Then I can switch to Phosani's after I learn the mechanics.

It's solid gear for tanking, you'll take less damage, but in the long run you're better off with higher DPS. Preferably the tank has just slightly higher defense to force the nightmare on them, then still focuses DPS after that. I used Justiciar when I was the tank for awhile though, so it's definitely viable. Dinh's is a bit overkill but it does work
None of ToA gear helps at nightmare, expect maybe the new ring. Extra specs can be big, but I haven't tried it myself. Fang might be decent on her too since it seems to hit everything, but it won't outdo Mace and Scythe I don't think

Get the 1 KC (or a few more for practice) in a mass then go figure out phosani I suppose.

What plugin gives you those totem health bars in the top left?
It must be a runelite plug in, but I never turned it on for those pillars, it just happened by default. So Idk which plug in it is
