Thank you! Very happy with my Honeycomb XPC set but am sad about the time it takes for Honeycomb to release the rudders.
I know, they really should've released them with the Yoke.
Great video @Huddison but I felt that there was one omission - the vernier TPM Control for GA or have they now gone the way of last weeks chip paper? If anybody knows a current supplier I will be most grateful.
The Honeycomb Alpha Yoke 1st Gen is still ÂŁ149.99 at Currys. The XPC hall effect version is ÂŁ100 more. They even had the Bravo at ÂŁ149.99 at one point. Reports of the coiled wire socket loosing connection after a while on the yoke put me of though. Apparently the Bravo also has some wires inside for the reversers that break. Both fixable if you're willing to do some DIY but you shouldn't have to really.
Yes I've noticed that there are frequent sales on the Alpha & Bravo.
great vid think ill stick with my hotas one for now does the job for me ho i did get buy a london city airport i went for the uk2000 version looks realy nice some great detail and it did say its a bit more xbox friendly over the orbix one
The Hotas One is excellent (especially on a budget); same goes with EGLC UK2000 ;)
I have owned the FS1 Yoke & throttle system for over a year & the Logitech Rudder Pedals along with an unopened Turtle Beach Velocity One Flight stick. I can fly an ILS to 200' & 1/2 mile I a Full Scale airplane (with steam gauges no Glass) for real but can't figure how to set up this Simulator equipment. Any one in SE Wisconsin willing to help me. 33 miles south of KOSH.
Quick question, I'm totally new to this, so please forgive my ignorance. Does the Warthog stick have twist capability for rudder, or would I also need pedals?
Not certain, as I don't own the Warthog, but I would get a set of Rudders if you're contemplating buying that Hotas; might as go the whole 'hog' with it.
The Honeycomb Yoke XPC requires the use of the Xbox Hub, to allow the Bravo throttles and Charlies Rudder pedals to work on the Xbox. That's an extra $40. But the Xbox hub will also allow the Logitech Throttle Quadrant and Logitech Rudder Pedals to work on Xbox also.

Is that confirmed that the Logitech Rudder Pedals work as part of a connection into the Xbox hub?
Iâm at the stage of adding rudders but am concerned about compatibility!
@@johnpopham637 Hi, You must have the Honeycomb Yoke XPC and the Honeycomb Xbox Hub. The Hub will allow compatibility with the Logitech Rudder Pedals on an Xbox. It's stated in the manual and for a while I was using that configuration.

I'm on a tight budget, but I keep seeing reviews bashing the logitech yoke because it doesn't rotate 180 degrees. What are your thoughts about that? I've used my X45 w/flightsim for...decades...and have been thinking of changing to a yoke and pedals, and routinely see great deals on used logitech equipment, but hesitate to buy a yoke that doesn't rotate 180 degrees. Thoughts? Thanks!
I didn't feel any restrictions or issues when first buying & using my Logtiech Flight Yoke, (back before MSFS was even released). I used it for a couple of years, before upgrading to the TB Yoke.
You only really notice the difference when owning or trying a more expensive Yoke; although the difference feels negatable, when actually flying with the Logitech.
With the thrustmaster airbus setup on the xbox, any idea if you could use the throttle quadrant on its own? If not, are there any throttle quadrants that you can use on their own on xbox? Thanks.

It seems that you'll need the Flightstick connected to use the throttle.

Hey All, im considering getting the Honeycomb setup Alpha, Bravo and Pedals. Can anyone kindly confirm if all the features on the said devices work on XBOX? I read somewhere that for example the Autopilot buttons on the Bravo throttle do not work on XBOX?
The XPC version of the Yoke works on Xbox, not the original Alpha Yoke. You'll require the Xbox HUB to connect the Yoke, and Bravo Throttle to the Xbox - the Rudders are as yet unreleased.
I just got the honeycomb alpha and bravo setup second hand for ÂŁ280. Also have the Thrustmaster rudder pedals with it

iâve had the game for about a month now and i havenât played it in a few days so i decided to plug in my velocity flight one and my rudders and ailerons were non functional so i reset my preset and updated my software to 1.4.0 now my velocity one flight doesnât even show up anymore it shows up as 3 axis 20 button game pad with h now i canât even configure because the yoke is non functional
