Nice work. I had this very same procedure done years ago. For the next month or two after, it was the best I had felt in decades. Sleep was so much better and my back and shoulder pain were diminished. I did myofunctional therapy before during and after. Unfortunately, it eventually all came back and feeling again how I felt prior to the release.

Could be that your tongue is too big for your mouth
@@chromosome2359The discrepancy is the other way around; his mouth (jaws) could be too small for his tongue (bimaxillary hypoplasia). “Tongue too big for mouth” is bullshit from clueless practitioners. For context, I’m having double jaw surgery because of mouth space, narrow airway, deep bite, underdeveloped jaws, and obstructive sleep apnea. I also have a grade 3 tongue-tie that I’m working on getting taken care of.
