people said she was bad for Indomitable too. They haven't figured out Aquila's AP rockets yet. even in a video they said that AP rockets are only effective against lightly armored ships lol
@@TTier its the same on how they judge the ap bombers on hornet. Those bomber absolutely destroy if you know how to use them. They play for like 3 to 5 times and call it a day to pump out those views
Don’t know about Reimu, never watched, but SLM should never be taken seriously when reviewing cvs. He’s given everything else a good chance, but his overall lack of skill in cvs is what deters me from listening to him. Hornet is about as good as Kaga and Chkalov, but he kept saying that Hornet is mediocre. The AP bombs aren’t great, but they’re serviceable. Everything else is just Nuketown USA lol
Chkalov and aquila i much more prefer chkalov torpedo….
It's so fucking sad when 2 SS replaced 1 BB & 1 DD slots.... The game is no longer enjoyable like back in pre-2019
Btw, sansonetti is a waste on her because all the skills triggers do nothing

@@TTieri'd be really happy if the squadron spotting range is increased by 20% once you kill an enemy just like the other ship types having sansonetti
they could give at least 15% plane regen
maiby Sansonetti is not the best for cv because he was designed for other ship i think
@@TTier yeah. for 300 plane ammunition hit ribbons=15% faster plane restoration
for one kill=+20% plane viewing range because 15km default range is just not enough because wg doenst want CV players to see the 4-digit-HP targets 20km away lol
Also, they missed the chance to at least give SAP to aquila secondaries.
Her AA is pretty bad too so she's pretty vulnerable to CV snipe. Have u tried CV sniping an Aquila with RU CV & AVP in training room?
he focus on Yamato , cause this ship has no aa defence! it is one of the most valrerable bbs to focus with cv, if this was montana good luck! there was iowa in game, and only try to attack once! yamato players with cv game never stay isolated! alwasy stay in groups for aa defence

@@TTier I don`t think Aquila is a weak carrier, i think she needs more skill compared to other tier 8 carriers except Saipan. Saipan can easy get deplaned in a tier 10 battle with a below average player, and i think Aquila can share this fate, too. Both are vulnerable to attacks from the enemy carrier with her short AA range, but Saipan has the better plating. I would like to test the Aquila armor with my Parseval, i think the rockets could deal much damage to her. On the other side, Aquila could deal much damage to other carriers with that much rockets.
If i had an iralian captain with more than 14 points and more money (early retirer), i would have get the Aquila at once. My highest italian captain has 12 points, i just don`t like the italian ships enough to play them more often. And life got much more expensive the last few months here in Germany, it sucks 😭
