Just when we thought apartments would do as well in Setia Alam, we are all proven otherwise as the first phase of Tuai is fully sold. In my opinion, that's a great thing especially for a project that supports the philosophy of Universal Design.
In order to have an early first take of the project, the team brought me into the construction site to check out their advanced unit and everything is great. The corridor width, connection between different platform, the unblocked views and etc. My favourite of all would be the very low density, to be exact it's only 50 units per acre where the industry norm is around 100 per acre in today's development context.
Plus the design is so on point that the next phase is exactly the same like the first phase. The team actually reached out to existing buyers on the things they would want to improve but the building is exactly how they wanted. But I think there are people who wants to change the carpark structure lah.
However, the only concern for me would be the adjacent piece of land. We are just not sure what would be the plans for that.
Really happy to see that my first house purchase is really not bad. Can’t wait to start a family here. Thnx Sean for the video! At last get to see real update of the current development 😁
Almost bought a unit here. placed a booking here at end 2021, but retracted because need 3-4 years to complete the project. Ended up buying SCR 1.2ksqft and able to move in within a year...but love the design of Tuai and no non-sense facilities which keeps maintenance cost low and is under residential title, much lesser maintenance fee.
SCR upper hand is the vicinity of Setia City Mall just across the street. The rental yield is very good...
This project quite good where everything just straight forward and just works without glossy atas facilities and materials like the water features at the ground floor reception area. The windows inside some of the rooms are pretty small. However the walking distance between parking garage to the main residence building might be a concern for many.

I don't know if you received the email, but we will be coming to klcc this summer. I am interested in a recommendation on a full amenity new building as close to the city center as possible with view as airbnb investment property there. It's very hard to look at properties because anyone I connect with wants to sell the development they represent. They don't really represent buyers

Personally it's a great use of the land, at the same time reduce the foundation cost as the main building don't have to go up too high. This developer is just great. Always a fan of their work;)

Despite putting thought on the universal design which is much appreciated, i doubt if the gradient of the slope is at least 1:10 for the person in wheelchair to wheel up easily without assistance

Hi can talk about the high tension cable near to the tuai timur.
What's wrong with the High Tension Cable? It's ready built and it's impossible to move, so I guess it's just to take note of it when we pick the units.
