    Trio is one of the first mixed development project in Bukit Tinggi, Klang connected directly to the main road of Jalan Langat that connects Aeon Mall to the rest of the address. Also the project is connected to the LRT station that is completing soon.
    Right in front, there will be a commercial area which gives residence a breathing space before arriving at the residences at the back. As a architectural enthusiast, I think the building massing is very bold. The cascading effect around the facilities deck is just fascinating. But I'm not just too sure if I'm an owner that's responsible in maintaining it.
    Everything is within expectation from this particular developer. The only obvious setback would be the narrow entrance into the unit we visited due to the placement of a room within the front. But the best feature of the project for me would be the secondary access. That drastically changed my entire perspective of the project for me.

    Welcome to Klang Sean! Glad to see you first time reviewed a project site nearby my house finally! Got try the best bah kut teh in Kang town yet? FYI Setia Alam area you always reviewed is Northern Klang, this is Southern Klang(Klang River had separated it). This project needs about 15min walking distance to AEON BBT. That's another new project by CB Land nearer AEON BBT just under construction, hope you make another episode for it in the future. All the best!

    Can understand this place is attractive, even for the local second generation or for retired folks to sell their landed property to switch to condo. Already very congested locations, with the LRT going to complete soon...it will boost the location. Driving from Bukit Tinggi to Klang Town already takes between 25-45 mins (depending on rush hours influence). Within this location, there are many services and logistics business operations. Good location to operate a small e-commerce business.

    7 years ago, i was at the preview but I didn't bite because of the price. Early owners got good LAD. Extensive commercial offerings nearby in all the tamans like Bukit Tinggi 1 n 2, Bandar Botanic, outside Ambang Botanic 1 n 2, Bayu Perdana and Bayu Tinggi. The selling price during launch and now is very far from what you mentioned. Very nice video!

      Good LAD? Bro, it's a myth. Big developer got their ways to reduce big LAD 😂 Moreover, they will follow so called SOP until buyers got squeezed, not so much of corporate conscience.😂

      That I disagree. Everything is stated within the SPA so the LAD amount is tabulated. The only confusion portion will be the extension of time allocated by KPKT during the lockdown.

    Single storey house for 300k in Klang will be in crime ridden areas that are far from everything

      Spot on. Even sentosa which is crime ridden single story is around 400k.

      Totally agree. No more good/safer landed property in Klang area for anything less than rm600K.
      Berkeley no longer a demanded or prestige area like Sean thinks. Very old design houses.

    iherg did a great job in reviewing this property. However, price quoted for the smallest unit is not correct. It's almost rm350k for an area called Klang.

      Far is a relative term
      Most people who live in Klang do not work in KL.
      Port Klang is also an important economic hub with many job opportunities. So for people working there. KLCC will be far.

      Klang is one of the most populated cities in Malaysia like around 1 million people. Not many of them actually work in KL or PJ areas. The business activities in Klang is comparable to PJ and Subang. The only thing about Klang is they have this bad impression of a nasty city due to its gangster activities.
