I have one question, I just installed the Inkscape 1.3 version and I cannot figure out how to get that top toolbar to show up. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Hello my friend. It is usually on by default but if it isn't, you can customize the entire layout by going to Edit > Preferences. When the window opens, select the Interface tab on the left, followed by Toolbars. Within that menu you can also change the theme including the look of the icons, Dark mode etc.
