VY used to work his wrist flick muscles with a bucket full of grains of uncooked rice. I replicated his exercise and after a week of working out like this my spiral was tighter and it flew a bit farther and was even more accurate. Kudos to you for teaching its importance. I also think that great QB's are all developed. Accuracy is the best overall trait, but finding a system where you can be successful is my second most important. Matty Stafford couldn't win in Detroit, yet goes to LA with a different system that favors his skillset and they are in the Superbowl while back-to-back MVP Rogers is playing golf.

I have a question that involves the release so do you roll all your fingers off or just pointer and if all of that is wrong what finger(s).
Really 4 fingers roll off while the index finger more points when coming off

@@Performancelabofcalifornia I got blocked by a QB coach for saying not to throw your back foot off when throwing and not putting it down. What do you think?
@@aabahdjfisosososos I think both keeping back foot on the ground or lifting foot off the ground work..
@@Performancelabofcalifornia I think the same thing however the kid was throwing his entire body and motion off and never putting his foot down. Got blocked within 2 comments.
