- They added a dragon so I couldn't resist. It has very high damage so I was able to dominate the ocean very quickly and win fights I had no business winning. Eventually it was so big it could eat anything whole.

The model for the dragon just cracks me up. Especially when it's swimming and dashing. It just looks so majestically derpy. It also reminds me of the wacky tube men you see at car dealerships.

The mods for this game are pretty impressive. Particularly the models of the playable fishes, they look right at home in the game.

It would be cool to see a mod where each type of fish eaten gives a buff or debuff of some kind allowing you to "build" your own predator as you go.

I believe those “tadpole things” are actually placoderms, specifically the Dunkleosteus. The Dunkleosteus was placoderm species that evolved in the Devonian period, and it’s incredibly deadly. Placoderms themselves are armoured, jawless fish with notable bony-plates that consist the armor. And I believe those “barracuda things” are a species of prehistoric fish call the Xiphactinus. I also noticed many other prehistoric marine-reptile classifications such a pliosaurs (penguin crocodiles) and plesiosaurs (longnecked blue-penguin crocodiles).
