I have read the book twice and have completely changed my bathing, hygiene, skincare process. I have stopped using soap and now just use a homemade ayurvedic bathing herbal powder (Nalangu mavu or Sunni pindi), which has been the traditional bathing ritual in India. We were fools to forget that. I don't even need a deodorant in a tropical country like India after this. This book lead me to another book - Beyond soap by Dr sandy skotnicki and was very useful too. The message needs to spread in a revolutionary manner. Soaps are so bad for your overall health not just skin.. Thank you James Hamblin - You have done a real big favor to me. Regards from Bangalore, India
My husband uses bare minimum of hygiene products and has much better skin than me.
Gratitude 💗🤍✨
awesome, i wish people can really start moving away from these non-sense products
great interview. (shame you have to do advertising, made me cringe)
