As a soaper myself, I really enjoyed watching your video experiment. Thank you for sharing 😊
This video was so informative, very helpful for a new soaper!
Glad it was helpful!💕
I’ve been out of my soaping loop a few years, got burned out and set it all aside. Planning to pick back up and ran onto this. That lye calc was my fave!!
I REALLY appreciate the test recipes and the follow through to the end here. I don’t see a lot of that, maybe I’ve not been looking for it but it was a really nice find. When I started soaping over 10 years ago it was all trial by fire rofl there were some recipes out there but it was always with ingredients I didn’t have and starting up we all know how expensive it is to start anything so I was crafting my own soaps from scratch. I have my old recipes laying around here somewhere-briefly saw them when I moved last summer 😱 I was NOT looking forward to finding them or starting from scratch. I’m anxious to try #1&3 from this. Spiralina & green clay is definitely gorgeous!
You are such a lovely person! Thank you so much for sharing your time, skills and recipies! I don't intend to sell my soap I just want my family to have natural soap that doesn't irritate their skin! Thank you again for all your tutorials
I love how you compared them all for us and did everything side by side. Thank you for your knowledge!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you Ellen for sharing!!! You are amazing
🥰💕
Wonderful tutorial especially with the soapcal which I need to learn. I will definitely revisit this video. Thank you, once again for sharing.🥰💖

You went above and beyond on this one, my dear! I wish I'd had this when I first started soaping! But, I thoroughly enjoyed this video, and all the work you put into it. I appreciate how you always explain things so clearly. Thank you sooo much!
Thank you so much! It was a fun video to do, and it's hard to pick a favorite!
Thanks for another good watch, I enjoyed the video. The palm free recipe's are great, they are just as hard and luxurious. I'm really tempted to try spirulina have not tried it before, looks wonderful

🥰💕
Oh Ellen!, this was absolutely great! so glad you took the time and trouble(you make it look so easy, but I know it was time consuming)to make this video. It has helped me so much. I am going to dive into these recipes for I just got one of those molds in the mail yesterday and I like the look of it so far. I am new to soapmaking(just over 6 months) and is still learning...just in the last month or two I feel that I have started making soap that I would not mind selling, thanks to your videos. Keep up the excellent work!

Thoroughly enjoyed this video, it may have been your best video to date. I'm a fairly new soaper (6 months). Very informative, I can't decide who the best...yourself, Holly, or Tree Marie. Again awesome video!!!
Wow. What alot of video work. Excellent info and a joy to watch. I have been looking for tussah silk- just a sm amt to try. I have made simple soap before, wanting to step it up. I rarely use fragrance bc of sensitive skin, I am gonna try 1 & 3. Thx so much.

Absolutely love this soap I ordered some the other day can’t wait to get it.
I love the black and white strips with solid black.
Also the molds Ellen uses are by 2 get the 3rd one free.
Where?
Thank you Ellen for going over all of these soaps. It is so helpful to have a recipe to get started with and then add our own flair as we grow. I und erstand the dangers of lye but find most videos to be intimidating making me feel afraid to try soap making. Thank you for yet making us aware but not afraid. I want to come check out your booth at the farmers market sometime!! Until then "happy soaping"!!
Thanks for watching 🥰 I’m not doing farmers markets anymore...
Ok
This was a GREAT video!!!! I definitely have fragrance sensitivities.
Thanks! You're not alone, I have several customers that can't take any fragrance at all...
Thank you for this! ❤
