I know I needed this, to help REbuild me up. My self talk used to be so dark, suicidle and destructive toward myself, always thinking I need to run myself down. I loved the people around me, always hated myself. Terrible self image, I talked down on myself for over 3 decades. I’m so guilty in the past, of trying to convince myself that I need to be depressed and miserable toward myself, in order to make amends for being such a horrible person. Well not all, but stay long enough around people like that and see what happen.
