I absolutely love the way you explain things. I was a service tech in the heating and cooling trade for 25 years. The way you explain things is brilliant you should go into being a teacher the RV industry needs people like you

Thank Emily for all of the work you put into your videos. Living in the 'Great White North' of Ontario Canada we have limited access to RV Techs in our area so love to follow the experts on CZcams to have a clue of what I'm doing in case I run into trouble. You are truly a gifted teacher so it's great to see this level of A-B-C content out there. Keep up the great work! You've got this!

Good job. You got the t-stat and ECO backwards on the Suburban though. The t-stat is on the bottom and the ECO is on the top - it's the one with the reset button.

The big box stores is like a catch 22. They want to pay their employees a flat rate per issue, instead of taking a little more time and have the employee finding out the problem. Again, so sorry you had audio issues. Thanks Don

Superb presentation. Very easy to follow. I just noticed that the 120v side does not use the control board at all. Am I reading the diagram right?

Yes! For suburban water heaters they are totally separate.

I was today years old when I FINALLY realized who I want to be when I grow up. No, I'm not joking. I'm 46. Sadly, I'm not joking about that either. 😩😅 #EmilyIsMyHero

Oh, man! I want to join the academy but I need to save up for it. I won’t be able to swing it in the next week. Will there be another opportunity to join the academy in the future?
