The entrance of the property is so small with a small door not matching with the size and price of the property. It lost all the glamour at the entrance only. Kitchen also looked very old designed and not that beautiful as it should.

I wish this man would have delved on the fabulous services and amenities at CPR. Most awesome is the Concierge Service. Sky Villa must be around 10+ crore now.
It would be great if you can cover the other penthouses which are smaller in size and little more affordable. Or at least make a quick short video for them just to give us an idea. There is no video for the smaller penthouses.

It's a 14cr penta apartment.subhash chowk pe h ye.this is my fav penta apartment ever.becoz dlf me 30cr ke flats h but quality was not gud.kyunki papu ke jija ji ki den h dlf to dhandhli to hogi hi.baki dlf me golf course pe flat lena means 👎baki sona road and dwarka express way pe invest karna is much better then dlf Becoz of nhai and central goverment thanx to both.well planned h dwarka expressway and sona road dlf ki tarah nahi h ki jameen pe kabja karo or flat bana ke public ko bechdo or paise chapo.for dlf👎
