Nice! A couple observations: 1). There should have been a dedicated office/study space. I would be inclined to convert the gym into a study! 2). The view from the penthouse isn’t as appealing as the ones in DLF 5. What’s the price of this penthouse?

I like your presentation and the fact that you are taking it slow and explaining well. Personally, I think having a wardrobe in the same area as the shower and toilet is a terrible idea. Having said that the base price of 6cr is pretty steep, I am assuming the penthouse you are showing probably have about 1cr+ of upgrades.
As I said, I like your presentation skill and you mentioned you have a website. I would recommend you mention your website by name/address rather than hoping people read the details.
Bedrooms seem of smaller dimensions and no bath tub .. zakuzy in bathroom
