In South City 1, one can buy a plot of land admeasuring 500 square yard or 4500 square feet for a price of INR 4.5 crores. Taken with the price of land, the total cost would be INR 8.5 crores. A saving of well over 6 crores rupees.
you have to take into account the price of parks, sport fields, pools and other recreation things into the price. When you build your house on your plot of land you will essentially be in the middle of nowhere with zero facilities. Not to even mention the headache that comes with buying property, getting permits, keeping up with construction. Someone who can afford this house just does not have time for that.
