You're heading on the right direction, one thing to add... i acquired a set of prototype 6x9 that had a set of crossovers and you can use them as a coaxial or components, just by replacing the tweeter with a bullet style center cap, very nice stuff, i don't have the bullet caps but i can send you pictures of all the stuff, so you can duplicate it, they would sell like crazy.
I recently blew an NVX amp on a freak accident while wiring up new speakers. Didn’t even go into protect mode, just fried the board. Went to down4sound and got myself a jp234 - Best sounding amp I have ever heard. Crisp clarity and zero distortion even on the funkiest signals (dubstep / dnb) in fact I was so impressed by it, I replaced my taramps MD8k with a JP83 and I’ve never been happier with my system. Reasonable prices, lightning fast delivery, great customer service. The second D4S subs hit the market I will be SWIFTLY ordering two 15”s. TeamD4S all da way.
Pro audio 6x9s 3 different version neodymium tweeters 6x9s billet 6x9s and mid bass 6x9s also in shallow forum and I can't wait till your subs come out I wish you did your line up in stages like good better and best then pro and expert that should cover every bass head buyer on the market from budget to high profile systems something for everyone

And I was wondering if I needed to worry about more battery capacity I was thinking maybe the Excess power 4900. Or should I keep my stock battery and add a small lithium battery
I need some 8 inch coaxials for my truck. it does a 165db with one door open and a 161 sealed at 29hz. got 8 15s on 4 smart 8 bass. what would you recommend?

So will the jpfx6.5 fit in the spot of you og 6.5s and sound just as good
6×8 subwoofer. Or at least decently strong and significantly lower mid bass.
