No horse had all the attributes of Secretariat. He was a freak, in a good way. All his physical attributes aside, he had the one thing all great horses have - and he had it more than any other... the will to win without needing to be goaded. He just hated losing. Greatest horse ever.
I’ll tell you two horses that had a chance of beating secretariat. Actually they had a good chance of beating secretariat. One might question what were the odds of secretariat beating them? Man O War for one. You talk about attributes, that horse had all of that. Technically he never lost a race, secretariat did. And believe it or not ruffian. Ruffian would’ve gave secretariat all he wanted and maybe even more. I do believe I read a quote from secretariat‘s trainer stating that he believes that Ruffin just might have beaten him. But we’ll never know .
Seabiscuit was a GREAT story for the underdog. He's an inspiration! Secretariat is the story of the supernatural. What he did in the TC races will never be matched. The TC winner is the ultimate racing crown. Last won in 1978. War Admiral, although he won the TC was not in his father (MOW's) league. Secretariat set the standard 4 all 3. The world watched in tears at the Belmont. No horse race has ever had that effect on an entire nation. People STILL get teary eyed watching it even 40 yrs later.
Is it true you have no clue about the effect Seabiscuit had on the entire nation? And are you perhaps similarly clueless about the essence of heart that existed inside of Seabiscuit. It remains in my heart as an awesome race and I don't see it any different, one on one, with any horse including Man O' War.
Big Red Greatest Race horse of all time, the other triple crown winners after him could come close to his winning times what was amazing,Jockey never took the wip to him he just wanted to run
Indeed, Ronnie was so good for Red. Only cropped for a moment in KD but was only to correct their running lane. Unlike Pincay that relentlessly cropped Sham to death when he didn’t need to. Both are my favorite horses.
Seabiscuit was a great story. Secretariat is the greatest legend of all time. No horse or human has ever duplicated what Secretariat did by increasing his speed throughout an entire race & still setting the track records...we will NEVER see another Secretariat. He is the greatest athlete & creature of all time. No human will ever possess the greatness of this horse. He was absolute perfection...mentally & physically.
Fun Fact: Seabiscuit and Secretariat were actually related as distant cousins. They were both incredible, Seabiscuit beating a Triple Crown winner and the son of Man O' War. Secretariat running every race faster than his last. They only other horses on this level would be Ruffian
Comparing Horses of different generations is a subjective thing. You do have the luxury of going straight up with distance versus time. Then you throw in the variables and it gets a little dicey. IMHO Secretariat is the greatest race horse in history. I look at the more modern era Triple Crown Winners and I don't see a single horse that could beat Secretariat three times let alone once. His Belmont performance is still the greatest single performance in history with records still standing 42 years later. He was running faster at the end of a 1-1/2 mile race than he was at the beginning. Insane. When he lost a race he'd come back to break a record at his next race. He would have been the horse to beat as a four year old but no chances were taken and he was put out to stud. "Big Red" was a legend. He had his own personality and we were all lucky to see that big colt run!!
Red, or rather the original Big Red, was Man O' War. He would have smoked Secretariat. Man O' War ran in heavy steel shoes. Secretariat ran in aluminum shoes. Tracks were much better in Secretariat's day. 20 out of 21 vs 16 out of 21. And Man O' War's only loss came from when he was turned backwards at the start. And a 28 ft stride vs a 24 ft stride, break even from the gate??? Who do you think would win? Man O' War was held back in almost every race he ran. And then, let's get into the other side of a great race horse. The stud side. Check out their descendants. I bet Man O' War smokes Secretariat there also.
Hey Michael, I would agree with you if we only went by track times. The tracks were much better in Secretariat's day than Man O' War's day. Sec ran in aluminum shoes. Man in steel shoes. Man O' War was never allowed to run full out. He was always held back. Secretariat got to run. The only time Man O' War actually got to run was in the race he took second in. He was turned backwards when the start was called. Only lost by a nose. Look at the videos. Man O' War's nose was in and Secretariat's was out.
Thank you for seeing it as the lame movie it was. I was praying for something that was great, but when I found out Disney was making it all hope was lost. I live a few miles from where he was born and got to see him and Riva in there prime. Beautiful animals, they deserved better.
I might get hate for this but- (Please ignore the pfp I forgot how to change it-) I think Seabiscuit was the best, note my opinion! I've been looked down upon because of my family and size, and a whole lot of other things. As a younger child(13-16 now) I tried to fit into what people wanted me to be or saw me as.. I wish I hadn't, Seabiscuit, like me, was fit into someone impersonation of him. Small and not able. But he proved them all wrong, he became the best(in my eyes) he became something people could look up to, get money to eat in the depressive times, etc. Yes, Secretariat raced so well! He was magnificent, fast, big, loveable, etc. But he also had an advantage, his heart, not just in a metaphorical way, he had a bigger heart. So the way he raced he could've beaten any horse at that point. Seabiscuit did it all on pure will and love to race. He saw the other horse, looked them in the eye, and said "eat my dust!" Then blasted. Someday I generally wish to look, someone who's said I can't, or I'm too wild too, etc. And prove them wrong just like Seabiscuit did to everyone who laughed at him the first time he walked on the track.
Fuckin' eh is an expression we frequently offer here in the UP of Michigan. I believe that Seabiscuit felt the energy of the world behind him and would have intimidated any horse that has ever raced in that setting at that time under those circumstances and left them in the dust. Hope you are well.
Seabiscuit was a wonder horse but Secretariat was a thunder horse totally unmatchable untouchable and incomparable no other horse to come near to Big Red as he is known
Riva is Riva Ridge. He was a great champion the year before Secretariat and was his stablemate. Both were owned by Meadow Stables. Riva Ridge is actually the horse that saved the farm. He won the Kentucky Derby and Belmont Stakes in 1972, in effect saving the Chenery farm before Secretariat even got the chance with his Triple Crown sweep the next year. Penny said that Riva was her favorite. Riva lost the Preakness in '72 due to a sloppy track. He didn't like that.
He also set a world record in his later years. I don’t remember the details; it’s been years since I read the books, but Penny had said that he seemed bummed out by all the attention Secretariat was getting and setting that record really cheered him up
Thus is history between both. They were excellent in their own times. Bith built for speed. Obe took time to get there. The other was another lot of years later. We can't compare both in different times
The world will never witness the miracle that happened on June 9, 1973 again. No horse will ever beat that world record. Only 11 horses have won the Triple Crown in 140races. The last time in 1978. Only 1 horse in history broke all 3 Triple Crown records. Only 1 horse still holds all 3 track records. Only 1 horse broke track records by INCREASING his speed an entire race. No human has ever done it. Secretariat is the greatest athlete of all time. The supernatural will never be seen again.
Carolyn F. Secretariat does NOT still hold the Pimlico track record for 1 3/16 miles. That was broken by Farma Way in the 1991 Pimlico Special, when he equaled the North American dirt track record for that distance set by Riva Ridge in 1973 at Aqueduct. Secretariat does still hold the Preakness stakes record. When you mention "increasing his speed" an entire race, I hope you are referring to the Kentucky Derby, because Secretariat absolutely was *not* increasing his speed throughout the Belmont. If Secretariat had equaled in the second half of the Belmont his 6-furlong split time of 1:09 4/5, his Belmont time would have been 2:19 3/5, not 2:24. He was slowing down throughout most of the Belmont, just far more gradually than the other horses. Two more horses have won the Triple Crown since you posted. American Pharoah and Justify. I suppose you mean 140 years, which is more or less correct, since the three Triple Crown races have not been held an equal number of runnings.
They are both magnificent horses in their own right and to compare them wouldn't do their talents any justice they are two very unique horses with two very different approaches to racing and incorporating the track conditions ,the jockeys who rode them their would be no equal grounding to judge them both by . What I am saying is for the race to be truly fair there would have to be certain conditions that they would have to be raced so it would be fair and one isn't get tne upper hand over the other .
^^; yeah for me too. I would've see movies about our 2 racing queens instead or Smarty Jones...but have you read the story of Mine that bird that was written on the bloodhorse blog recently? That could be a cute story too :) It was a cool story. And btw it *really* as a typo, I didn't give him a mean nickname cause I hate him or whatever :S I loved that little courageous horse, I just didn't read myself before posting
both are legendary race horses horses true champions me being a former racehorse owner the little horse that could was mistreated as a young horse or Secretariat in my eyes they're both toward the greatest horses ever to run everyone out there God bless and have a great night
Seabisquit and Secretariat are both great stories. It should be noted that Seabisquit was a "competitor"...He ran according to the competition. When he raced War Admiral, Seabisquit's jockey said War Admiral's eyes were rolling around in his sockets he was trying so hard to keep up.....until Seabisquit easily pulled away. Seabisquit also carried unheard of weights in Handicap races. I think it would have been an interesting; not interesting, EPIC! match race.
And especially in a one on one there can be times when physical characteristics become insignificant and, I will refer to it to you as spiritual powers kick in, and it is "goodbye Charlie' time. Perhaps Secretariat's eyes would have had a similar experience in the presence of Seabiscuit.
same was said of Man 'O War in his day, he was unbeatable, a horse of the ages, at that time he was. Same goes for Secretariat. Sadly as speed becomes more important than structure and soundness more and more horses will break down in order to prove they can beat the record. The point of the sport is to prove you have the fastest horse. Man O War not only did that but passed on his ability to his colts, something Secretariat never did, that is the mark of a true champion on and off he track
Missing Man O' War what a race Secreteriat and he would have had. Never was given the opportunity for the triple crown as his owner the Riddles didn't believe in running their horses that early in the season. He later admitted that was his one great regret, but at the time the Kentucky Derby was not a big event like it would later become. Who could know.
Yes, that was when Secratariet ran in the Wood Memorial, he had an abcess the size of a quarter, and it wasn't found out until after the race.Micheline Kribs
I was very disappointed in the Secretariat movie, too. He deserves better than that in my opinion. To focus primarily on Penny to the exclusion of so many great stories about Big Red, is a travesty. Both aspects could have easily been showcased. And Riva Ridge deserved a nod, too, for actually being the one that initially saved the farm.
Of course that is war admiral racing sea biscuit....sea biscuit and secretariat would not be racing each other, they are from two separate time periods! The video is about sea biscuit and secretariat like the title says. @LuisSoriano
They both loved to run! Disney picked the dorkiest horses alive to play Secretariat. I suppose they were the only ones available....3 of them, I think. The shots of them running in the races made me cringe. On that note, the horse that played Seabiscuit in the match race was incredible!!! The scene of him leaving War Admiral in the stretch and the side shots of him tearing along the track, were breathtaking. mho
Though MOW was and always will be a legend, the biggest difference between him and Sec was that Sec actually raced against, both, top-notch competition and horses who ran races for the ages. MOW ran against competition who, even carrying far less weight, had absolutely no chance against him. We are talking about horses carrying 106 pounds and not being able to break 1:5 for 9 furlongs. The very important point is that Sec ran against true Grad 1 competition whereas MOW ran against ...con
yup, it will be call ''50 to 1'' and will be out in 2013. It's an independant movie, like Ruffian, so it should be good and not ruined by Hollywood standards :) Search for ''Mine that bird movie'' on google and you'll find the official site and couple of news too. The production just started
All great horses, but you forget a major difference between these horses. Seabiscuit was 5 years old when he won horse of the year. He raced a lot more than either Secretariat or Sham as well. There will never be another Secretariat, but there will also never be another Seabiscuit. Seabiscuit ran 6 furlongs in 1:12 at 5 1/2 years old, Secretariat ran that speed at 3 years old. I personally think Seabiscuit had a heart the same size as Secretariat, and i mean literally, 2.5 times the normal horse
Dominic : I agree with you about THAT !! I still think that SEABISCUIT WAS AND STILL IS THE GREATEST RACE HORSE OF ALL TIME !! HE IS THE TRUE CHAMPION !!!
Thanks for the detail on 'times' and your perspective ............There are no statistics on pure' heart' and the significance of horse racing and state of the world at the time. The East coast folks tried to avoid it but obviously felt obligated to bite on the consistent challenges and ..................I believe Seabiscuit would have won any match race against any horse that ever lived under those circumstance at that time. The West Coast horse traveled across the country by train to beat the Triple Crown winner in a head to head match and simply demoralized his challenger with a look in the eye and it was 'goodbye Charlie' . Secretariat and other horses may not have succumbed so easily and 'times' would have been and remained unprecedented in the world of horse racing with the likes of a Secretariat or a Black Stallion. That is my perspective.
hell my favourite race horse is Family Alliance. Why? Because he is now at my stable after my instructor rescued him from a kill pen in the States. He has made a full transition to a hunter horse and is doing phenomenally. In terms of famous race horses, I would say Secretariat just because I'm still impressed by his 31 length win. Even Ribot only maxed at a 15 length win.
I agree that Secretariat was a great horse, but something that should be considered was that Seabiscuit was an angry animal with something to prove I do not agree that Man O' War would have won a sprint. He had incredibly long legs that always became tangled at the gate and caused him to have slow starts.
And pray tell what is this about? Seabiscuit preceded Secretariat by 40 years, give or take a few... they never raced against one another and are two entirely different bloodlines, racing styles, temperaments and personalities. One cannot compare two athletes even on similar races the end results of any race are dependent variables which cannot be recreated-weather, field of horse on a given day, conditions of the animals, etc. etc, etc. I love Seabiscuit, not because he beat War Admiral (a triple crown winner), but because he was plucky with a great heart who was dismissed because of others' artificial standards.
Kirin Noel Secretariat never ran with a broken leg, not even once! He ran sick a couple of times (in the Wood Memorial and the Whitney), but orthopedically he was sound throughout his career. Nor am I aware of Ron Turcotte riding Secretariat while he had a fracture.
I think most people consider Secretariat to be the best race horse because he has done what no horse has been able to duplicate, win by 31 lengths. While he might have been lacking time wise in other races, one can't deny that that is an impressive feat. I'm not big in the racing industry, nor am I american, but I think "best horse" is more a matter of opinion than actual stats.
Right on . Stats don't mean shit when there is so much at stake. Seabiscuit ran on heart and the length of his stride nor his previous performances or the shape of his body meant a thing when the world was watching and most of the world was in love with him. When my life was on the line, My recollection of the power that I felt infused with has nothing to do with being 5' 8' and 150 lbs. or any of my near 70 year old body's ailments. And this isn't meant to declare the winner or 'best' horse. I would simply state that I would love to feel the power that evolved beneath me riding Seabiscuit as much as any experience I have had in this lifetime.
Hey, Sean: You're right...16-3-1 equals 20. Unfortunately, these are only the races that Secretariat finished in the money! He finished fourth in one race...and that makes 21.
:) I'm also glad people agree. If they change things in the movie about Mine that bird for exemple....I'm not gonna care too much. Mine that bad was a good horse with a big heart, but Secretariat was a legend. Secretariat deserved to have a 'real' movie, a realistic one. Disney clearly didn't care about the fans of Secretariat. Secretariat should've been done by ESPN, like for Ruffian, the Ruffian movie was beautifuly done, and realistic, despite the tragic ending
realmente están entre los mejores de la historia hípica nunca me canso de ver sus películas. hay otra que también es buena se llama 50 a 1 a lo mejor les agrada.
I did read up on your three listed horses, but as I mentioned above I'm not big in the racing industry since I'm torn between supporting it because without it countless horses would go to slaughter, to hating it because there are some stables who dump their retired horses at auctions regardless. I did already know about Alexander Graham Bell and Antonio Meucci as we learn about that stuff in elementary school over here.
No horse had all the attributes of Secretariat. He was a freak, in a good way. All his physical attributes aside, he had the one thing all great horses have - and he had it more than any other... the will to win without needing to be goaded. He just hated losing. Greatest horse ever.

Both of these horses were born to run... Magnificent!!!
To me Secretariat, Seabiscuit and Ruffian r my favorite race horses as they were all both incredible!:).
Same
I would add 1 more phar lap
Add Phar Lap and I’m in
Secretariat was the best horse and, in my opinion, the best ATHLETE of all time. But, Seabiscuit is still my personal favorite. Love that horse!
Ron. Yes I agree with you about that!! I believe SEABISCUIT WAS THE BEST!!!

Secretariat hands down. Holds all the record times. What else can you say.
Both were great horses
I might get hate for this but-
(Please ignore the pfp I forgot how to change it-)
I think Seabiscuit was the best, note my opinion!
I've been looked down upon because of my family and size, and a whole lot of other things. As a younger child(13-16 now) I tried to fit into what people wanted me to be or saw me as.. I completely agree with you! I prefer seabiscuit - he went against the odds! He's my absolute favourite American racehorse!
@@silverstreakd5134 yeah! He was an amazing small racer. I'm glad someone actually agrees
Fuckin' eh is an expression we frequently offer here in the UP of Michigan. I believe that Seabiscuit felt the energy of the world behind him and would have intimidated any horse that has ever raced in that setting at that time under those circumstances and left them in the dust. Hope you are well.
Secretariet didn't need a whip to run like he did
Victoria_Nelson15 Soo true if u watch the seabiscuit movie Red his jockey hits him Soo many times
Really captures the thumps of the horses running
Secretariat will always be remembered as the greatest horse of all time. Secretariat loved to compete. The most remarkable horse I've followed.
Toots2UTube eh. Not the greatest race horse
Lisa Graydawn He is the greatest of all time-period.
Argue with race historians-that’s what *they* say.
Lisa Graydawn he is the greatest
Seabiscuit is my favorite
Seabiscuit was a wonder horse but Secretariat was a thunder horse totally unmatchable untouchable and incomparable no other horse to come near to Big Red as he is known
Only one horse would stand a chance against Secretariat. Man O War.
i love horses i barrel race and i just love Seabiscuit and Secretariat
I don't know Seabiscuit's song, but Secretariat's is "O Fortuna" by Carl Orff. If you like it, you need to listen to the Excalibur remix.
Siseo05, Heard the song it has nothing to do with Secretariat.
seabiscuit my champ 🏆

I love ❤ and adore both of these horses.
Seabiscuit and Secretariat legends! Machines turbo! 👍✌👏👏👏
Two beautiful great horses.
"Secretariat is moving like a tremendous machine!"
Imagine both in thus era.

Seabisquit also carried unheard of weights in Handicap races. I think it would have been an interesting; not interesting, EPIC! match race.
I agree with you about that, but I still think that SEABISCUIT IS THE GREATEST RACE HORSE OF ALL TIME!!!
And especially in a one on one there can be times when physical characteristics become insignificant and, I will refer to it to you as spiritual powers kick in, and it is "goodbye Charlie' time. Perhaps Secretariat's eyes would have had a similar experience in the presence of Seabiscuit.
There's no one close to Big Red. The greatest horse of all time.
j20tower not the GREATEST horse of all time. There are ones better than him. :)
Lisa Graydawn really, who
same was said of Man 'O War in his day, he was unbeatable, a horse of the ages, at that time he was.
Love the music
I was very disappointed in the Secretariat movie, too. He deserves better than that in my opinion. To focus primarily on Penny to the exclusion of so many great stories about Big Red, is a travesty. Both aspects could have easily been showcased. And Riva Ridge deserved a nod, too, for actually being the one that initially saved the farm.
Seems like there were 5 horses that not only stood a chance, but beat Secretariat. And none of them were household names in racing.
yes Phar Lap is one of my favourites ! First racehorse I knew of @Allan McKenzie
Of course that is war admiral racing sea biscuit....sea biscuit and secretariat would not be racing each other, they are from two separate time periods! The video is about sea biscuit and secretariat like the title says. @LuisSoriano
Amee Bird yeah but if they did race it wouldn't be a race big red would win
They both loved to run! Disney picked the dorkiest horses alive to play Secretariat. I suppose they were the only ones available....3 of them, I think. The shots of them running in the races made me cringe. On that note, the horse that played Seabiscuit in the match race was incredible!!! The scene of him leaving War Admiral in the stretch and the side shots of him tearing along the track, were breathtaking. mho
secretariat was self motivated :)
Born to run. Love you Both.
Great horses anyway......machine running both!!!
The very important point is that Sec ran against true Grad 1 competition whereas MOW ran against ...con
for secretariats music, you shouldve played here i am
they are my favorite horses too
Forever seabiskuit
But secratarie also great.
Seabiscuit was whipped.
Secretariat did it on his own,
and won by 31 lengths.
hmmmm... who is better?
@Jikook & BTS sarcasm xD
Secrétariat is the best horse of the world !
I know! I felt like we were more connected with the characters and not the horse.. I felt like the horse was a stranger in Secretariat
Great music!!!
know could match secretariat #1 of all time
yup, it will be call ''50 to 1'' and will be out in 2013.
I personally think Seabiscuit had a heart the same size as Secretariat, and i mean literally, 2.5 times the normal horse
dominic150 NO ONE was asking
Hope this formats correctly, as I think it definitively puts things into perspective:
Man'O War Secretariat Margin
6 fur. 1:11 1/5 1:09 4/5 +7 lengths
1 mile 1:35 4/5 1:33 2/5 +12 lengths
1 1/16 1:44 4/5 1:42 4/5 +10 lengths
1 1/8 1:49 1/5 1:45 2/5 +19 lengths
1 3/16 1:56 3/5 1:53 2/5 +16 lengths
1 ¼ 2:01 4/5 1:59 flat +14 lengths
1 3/8 2:14 1/5 2:12 1/5 +10 lengths
1 1/2 2:28 4/5 2:24 flat +24 lengths
1 5/8 2:40 4/5 2:37 4/5 +15 lengths
kette's ty for this Secretariat is the fastest
słodziasne koniki kocham was!!!
oh yeh i noticed that, i meant that i was kinda shocked they made a movie about him lol
the music 'Heart of Courage' would have been awesome for Secretariats part
Seabiscuit fixed America, something Secretariat never did.
Secretariat! !!
I love secretariat he
cool as a horses
SeaBiscuit!!!
I love them both
Muy buen video lo felicito al editor ;)
I agree that Secretariat was a great horse, but something that should be considered was that Seabiscuit was an angry animal with something to prove
I do not agree that Man O' War would have won a sprint. He had incredibly long legs that always became tangled at the gate and caused him to have slow starts.
RIP TWO LEGENDS
the second song is Carl Orff's Carmina Burana I think is how you spell it, if anyone was wondering
I loved Seabiscuit (the movie) more, but both horses were gr8.
@rcschumann I know, thats why i said both were gr8!
And pray tell what is this about? Seabiscuit preceded Secretariat by 40 years, give or take a few... they never raced against one another and are two entirely different bloodlines, racing styles, temperaments and personalities.
One cannot compare two athletes even on similar races the end results of any race are dependent variables which cannot be recreated-weather, field of horse on a given day, conditions of the animals, etc. etc, etc.
I love Seabiscuit, not because he beat War Admiral (a triple crown winner), but because he was plucky with a great heart who was dismissed because of others' artificial standards.
jackthedog1a yeah u r right but when Secretariat ran his races rid he and his jockey(Ronney) have a fractured leg
Didn't think so nice try
Kirin Noel Secretariat never ran with a broken leg, not even once! He ran sick a couple of times (in the Wood Memorial and the Whitney), but orthopedically he was sound throughout his career. Nor am I aware of Ron Turcotte riding Secretariat while he had a fracture.
@@marysueeasteregg yes I understand but seabuiscut never won the triple crown by 30 lengths
I totally agree, one word to explain that: DIsney >_> Portraying Lucien Laurin as a clown??? yeah right...nice one disney....-_-
I think most people consider Secretariat to be the best race horse because he has done what no horse has been able to duplicate, win by 31 lengths.
Hey, Sean:
You're right...16-3-1 equals 20.
@Iceay1 actually dont know the name of them but your more then welcome to use them if you wanted to..
realmente están entre los mejores de la historia hípica nunca me canso de ver sus películas.
hay otra que también es buena se llama 50 a 1 a lo mejor les agrada.
si alguien tiene la pelicula completa en espanol la cebra corredora
no offense guys, but Seabiscuit is my fav racehorse, him and Big Z. (who is now retired) rock!
Secretariat all the way
He ranked second behind Man o' War in The Blood-Horse's List of the Top 100 U.S. Racehorses of the 20th Century.
Love both but Secretariat
PENNY SAID IT ALL SHE SAID THAT RED JUST WANTED IT ALL AND HE HAD THE HEART.......
The autopsy showed that Secretariat's heart was TWICE the size of a normal horse heart. Yeah he had HEART !!!
Kent Schrader
und ich w221
Kent Schrader die c
Randy Drake , ben, işten önemli değil
And they raced him so much that big heart of his blew up😭
I did read up on your three listed horses, but as I mentioned above I'm not big in the racing industry since I'm torn between supporting it because without it countless horses would go to slaughter, to hating it because there are some stables who dump their retired horses at auctions regardless. I did already know about Alexander Graham Bell and Antonio Meucci as we learn about that stuff in elementary school over here.
The first song is 300 Violin Orchestra from Jorge Quintero the 2nd is...euh...I don't know :/
Secretariat
they're making a movie about mine that bird ? :S
