I keep my less lethal loaded and ready, but I change out the magazine on my Byrna every two weeks with a new one and empty the one that just came out to give the spring a chance to rest. Same with the LTL Bravo. The HDX I only load to 10 instead of 16 so the spring isn't ever under full load. Plus I honestly don't think at 50 joules I'd need more than 10 at most anyways. Both handheld launchers have holsters to stay in and the HDX has a case it hangs in. This keeps them clean and ready to use when needed. Between my son and I we have 4 less lethal (and one 9mm) in the house and we keep them in different areas so there is always one near by ready for whoever is closest to it. Like you've said before... Hopefully they'll never be needed for anything more that target practice. It was only 117° yesterday so I understand wanting to get back inside to the air conditioning LoL

(Shot placement is key.) Sounds like you're good to go for whatever may come. Changing out your less lethals mags so the springs don't lose tension doesn't sound like a bad idea also. Redzone 101, I have a HPA tank attached to my Mission 4. And all I have to do is push forward the air valve, switch from safe to fire and I am ready to put rounds downrange.
Sounds like a really nice setup you got there. If I was already invested in HPA airguns, I'd consider getting one of those tanks for my Mission 4. Who knows. I still might do it. 😅 How many rounds do you get with your present setup? Was it difficult to put together? With my 90 gram CO2, I'm getting three to four usable shots. Thanks for watching.
