MIXED FRUIT TART

You can't keep everyone happy. Unless you're a fruit tart. I have literally never met someone who doesn't like a fruit tart. A flaky tart base filled with a luscious cream cheese filling topped with your favourite fruits- you HAVE to try this!
For the tart base-
150 g all purpose flour
100 g butter
50 g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
For the cream cheese filling-
100 g white chocolate
35 g fresh cream
100 g cream cheese
50 g whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
Fresh fruits of your choice to top!

Yes there are two methods to make this dough...for the one she did it requires room temperature/soft butter.
