    I had received many messages to show how tarts can be baked; I thought what can be better time than this time of the year when nice green Kiwifruits from Chille are available and their green color gives an excellent look to the delicious cream tarts. Enjoy the eggless tarts with delicious rippened green Kiwifruits & Whipped cream.
    Ingredients :
    150 gm plain flour (maida/wheat flour is optional)
    2 tbs icing sugar (seived powder sugar is optional)
    70 gm butter
    approx 1.5 tsp chilled water
    Some finely chopped ripped Green Kiwis
    Whipped cream
    Pomegranate seeds and mint leaves
    Method :
    Take a mixing bowl to knead dough
    Add 150 gm plain flour (maida / wheat flour is optional)
    Add 2 tbs icing sugar (seived powder sugar is optional)
    Add 70 gm butter
    (use refrigerated butter, cut into cubes)
    Mix it well with the help of spoon
    (you can also add vanilla essence / cardamom powder)
    Keep mixing until it gets sand texture
    Add approx 1.5 tsp chilled water gradually
    Again mix it with a spoon
    Now combine mixture with the help of fingers
    (you can add more 2 tsp water if required to form dough ball)
    Cover dough with plastic wrap
    Keep it in refrigerator for 30 min
    Further take dough ball on butter paper
    Flatten with hands and place another butter paper on it
    Flatten more with the help of rolling pin
    Height of this (roti/disc) should be approx 1cm
    Remove the butter paper placed on it
    With the help of small tart mould, cut small roundels
    Place them nicely in tart moulds
    Prick with the help of fork (to avoid rising)
    Keep all the moulds in 10 min pre heated oven
    Place it in the middle rack by keeping upper & lower coils on
    Bake for approx 12-15 mins at 180⁰
    (To bake it on stove, keep tray in 25-30 min pre heated pan along with a plate in it, cover lid with a cloth & bake it for 30-35 min)
    Note : keep Kiwis in a ziplock bag for a day, next day you get ripped Kiwis
    Further slice Kiwis in half
    Scoop out with the help of spoon
    Finely chop all Kiwis
    Take all tart shells on a serving plate
    Fill whipped cream in tart shells with the help of piping bag
    Add some chopped Kiwis on it
    Add some pomegranate seeds
    Top with a mint leave
    So here's your Delicious Kiwi Cream Tart ready!!!
