DEVIN HESTER YOU ARE RIDICULOUS! Imagine having the power to have punters and kickers make it their mission to kick away from you. These players have that power. This list is based off the best kick returners and best punt returners of all-time in combination. With no surprise, most of these guys are also some of the fastest players in NFL history. - Sport
Terry Metcalf, Eric Metcalf, Rod Woodson, Glyn Milburn, Tyrone Hughes....these were some other great return men....they definitely could be Honorable Mentions

Hester and hall were great but they’re straight runners. No cuts no moves just blocks. Real returners take it to the house regardless if they get blocks or not.
