- In this video I Make a modded Character in Photoshop to attempt beating the Cosmic Ocean, a gauntlet of 94 levels in Spelunky 2. If you want a guide on making a modded character more efficiently I can make one, but it just comes down to drawing the characters.

Congrats man!!! That is a good PB!!! I might start to speedrun CO. My completion the other day was 3 hours and 12 minutes, which is by any means slow. I spent over 9 minutes in a jungle level and about 15 bombs because the orb was in a closed off middle room of a 6 by 6 level. I thought for sure I was gonna die in that level..
good luck with the speedruns.I did it in 2 hours and 50 minutes.
Literaly posted a day after my 7-31 record, wow.

And a Hundun tip (it’s very helpful):
First, like you did, make sure to put the bow and arrow safely at the exit or at the top of the arena.
Then, take Hundun all the way to the LEFT SIDE (it’s imperative it’s the left side).
Stand next to the tubes on the RIGHT SIDE so that the ostrich head will fire a fireball at the snake head. If it does, the ostrich head will stunlock the snake head until it is dead.
Once the snake head is dead, head to the top with the regenerating blocks. Stand on top of 2 regenerating blocks (inbetween them) right above the ostrich head.
Once the ostrich head fires at you, (AFTER the fireball hits the regenerating block), fall down onto the ostrich head and bounce until it dies (3 bounces if you collected the spike boots guaranteed from the yeti queen, and the ice caves are littered with mines that you can drop on her head, so there is not a point to not get them unless you are speedrunning or you are doing a low% run or a pacifist run.)
After the final bounce, use the vlads cape slow fall to glide down to safety. Get to the bow and arrow by whatever means you see fit, then enter the cosmic ocean.
I have found this to be the safest and most reliable method; the only hard part is timing the fall onto the ostrich head. If you wait too long, you will get a fireball to the face and spikes through your body by being thrown into them. It’s not super tight timing, but practice it a little bit.

I edit with Adobe Premiere Pro, but draw for mods in Adobe Photoshop. Nothing special lol
