I have a PERM & I'm also TENDER HEADED so I have issues with washing my own hair because my hair gets TANGLED UP really bad. Is there any instructions on or what steps I should do to gain MOISTURE to my Hair without having to go to the Salon & maybe my hair won't get TANGLED UP😢 when I wash it & Then maybe I can take care of my own hair 😊 without needing a PERM. Not quite, I find that approach to be less effective. This is especially true because I have to shampoo the oil out of my hair afterward to prevent greasiness, and then I need to use a deep conditioner to restore moisture to my strands🥰
