You would like to think they would have more important things to do, lead swinging rubbish, making it up as they go, i would just ignore them, you were doing nothing illegal, pair of amateurs , they all think they are The Sweeney.
What you were saying to both of them was absolutely spot on and kept very to the point. I would say however, as a safeguard for YOU, should it ever escalate and you need to take legal action against unlawful misuse of their powers, that if you could keep YOUR tone down, calm and remain VERY logical as you were, it would undermine ANYTHING they choose to fabricate in court. You see both of them doing that deliberate calmness, even thought their clear LACK of any logic shone through and they knew they had to walk away in shame
Once again TPONTP, nicely handled, police officers will put their own spin and narrative on a received allegation so they can then pursue that line of questioning to fit around their investigation. If you're good at challenging the police and can do it in a calm, polite and assertive way, then most of the time it should all go well for you, but always be prepared for unforseen surprises because some PCs hate loosing control of a situation or an argument, it upsets them and they can retaliate in some way, usually by unlawfully abusing a specific legislative act and conducting a search of your person.
My 20yo son keeps getting stopped and harresed by by the police when he's cruising around town every weekend, just because he's got a flashy car he spends every penny on it, he doesn't smoke drink or take drugs yet his car is searched for drugs on a regular basis, I had to phone the station and tell the sergeant that if he's stopped again without due cause. I personally would sue for harassment
The officers were sitting in their vehicle wondering if the rash on their rear ends would heal by the time their shift ended...This guy should wear a T-shirt that says "Operating under color of law...approach carefully"...
More law training in the class room required to these individuals . How do they ever let these children out on the street as police personnel without knowing their job or the law ?
Because the entry standards were lowered so they could get more people into the police. I remember back in the 1970's the minimum height for a cop was 5' 8", it has since been scrapped as there are not that many people that height who want to be in the bully gang.
Another angle on this......camera's are just for happy snaps on holiday, birthday's and christmas. No car, architectural, nature or landscape stuff is allowed. Note the allegation was about taking pictures of cars. They really don't think these allegations through do they? Plod I love it when they run away from you so funny 😁
The WPC should learn the law before she tries to lecture a member of the public.
Embarrassment to the force.
It's so awful when these idiots march up to you without being asked and give you permission to do something which is obviously legal.
Appalling people, great work as always Plod.
filming...or to put it correctly...casing a joint, is not necessarily obviously legal. He went there knowing he would be challenged.
@@porthmeor1 ?? 'Casing a joint'??
This isn't 1930s Chicago, though cops like this behave as though it is.
@@porthmeor1 Of course he is prompting a challenge...that's how truths are established. It is legal to film anything you can see from a public area, as the proliferation of cctv is testament to.
@@dyschromotopia So you would be happy for me to come along and film through your windows!?...do me a favour. Utter drivel.
@@porthmeor1 i'm referring to what is legal & not what we prefer.
you are my favorite auditor and I've seen a lot but you always smash it. great fun to see thank you
Then they wonder why no one will talk to the Police when they just make stuff up.😂
I strongly object to paying my hard earned money to these time wasting overfunded police.
If only they had integrity and actually knew the law
“There have been concerns from the public for you filming.” No, it’s all about themselves!
Obviously the Police State - police not under control by the state - is present. This corruption will grow if the public doesn’t deal with it!
As soon as you've schooled them about their policy ( lack of it ) they skedaddle ... With their tales between their legs !
Members of the public questioning another member of the public...
The police are the public and the public are the police - this is where policing by consent comes from.
Plod is undoubtedly the best UK Auditor in terms of the 'legalities' of the Auditing. He's sent more coppers packing due to knowing the Law, his Rights and their Policies than I've had hot dinners.
100% the best
You obviously haven’t watched Focus Pocus - now he’s a pro !
@@Bob10009 I have. He's just in virtual semi-retirement these days with his vids few and far between.

It went from a 'hearsay' report of no offence to 'hearsay' of 'hearsay' of no offence.
Just another example of the Met Police fitting up policy and training.
That was done absolutely 💯 to perfection, spot on, 😃👍
I only watch you and AB.
Your videos are like no other.
I can't watch other uploaders who are just popping up like weeks, they just copy.
You are very quick on your feet and I find it very informative
they hate being caught up in their lies!
So embarrassing two so called trained and professional officers acting like untrained bullies. You would like to think they would have more important things to do, lead swinging rubbish, making it up as they go, i would just ignore them, you were doing nothing illegal, pair of amateurs , they all think they are The Sweeney.
Maybe spend a bit of time at Gandalf Corner so Mikey can have a break and find new problems to solve
Very inspiring friend, the walk of shame superb 😉
Touché my G
Spoilt, brat, narcissists, you mean? Indeed.
Police are not a corporation. Fool.
@@r.b8129 yes the bloody are.
Yeah that section 43 gets a workout when there losing the battle.
Truss said, if she wins, police won't attend when someone's feelings are hurt. Well, that would put half of this lot out of work....Well done Plod.
If she is telling the truth I hope she gets in

Lovely Jubbly- Mahatma and the Met’s pleasant personality got sorted.
You wouldnt be able to sue, it would have to be your son as he's the one being harrased, also, how long has it been since they last stopped him?
The officers were sitting in their vehicle wondering if the rash on their rear ends would heal by the time their shift ended...This guy should wear a T-shirt that says "Operating under color of law...approach carefully"...
More law training in the class room required to these individuals . How do they ever let these children out on the street as police personnel without knowing their job or the law ?
Because the entry standards were lowered so they could get more people into the police. I remember back in the 1970's the minimum height for a cop was 5' 8", it has since been scrapped as there are not that many people that height who want to be in the bully gang.
No wonder crime is out of control with incompetent police like this
She said he said they said you couldn’t make this shit up 😆🤣
Another angle on this......camera's are just for happy snaps on holiday, birthday's and christmas. No car, architectural, nature or landscape stuff is allowed. Note the allegation was about taking pictures of cars. They really don't think these allegations through do they? In her head, either car photography is illegal, or it's a desperate tactic to get subject information.
Don't they just hate it when they get caught out with their lies!
Broken GDPR law, embarrassed themselves, were unprofessional. Poor policing. These individuals need re-training ASAP and relieving of their duty until such training has taken place. Obviously fast-tracked recruits.
I have family members in the police, but they would be classed as old school nowadays because of their ages. Nowadays, it's the the older kids at school have been given the right and good money to look after the infants. Quick, runaway we've been caught bullying the little kids!
He ambles to the police mans door. Polite and straight with wisdom of law,. A jolly chap who's there for debate,. Won't take lies of which we all hate,. He stands for our freedoms against tyranny ana distain,. They can't move him on with his right to remain,. They huddle and confer to find an unknown law, With rage in their faces their jaws hit the floor,. The last one with ego will try a little more,. But Plods still standing at the police mans door,. Great upload, you’re getting very good at confronting them with the law of the land, that they seem oblivious to!!
can you imagine the abuse of power and corruption that went on for over a century by the Police before citizen journalists and cameras came on the scene. The frame ups , the lying , the physical abuse....the mind boggles.
You do a great job on how the police know the laws on filming and the way they deal with the public.
Yo da Boss.. another 1st class job.
Both officers were all over the place , no idea what they were doing, expected compliance that didn't come so made a hasty retreat, tell them I've heard Macdonalds are recruiting
Hm?... They're not 'OFFICERS' though.

Thay are both to dim for Macdonald's to employ them, maybe toilet attendant's if
The local council are desperate to
Litter patrol is all they are good for. McD's dont want them losers serving customers.
They must have ran out of donuts and coffee.🇬🇧
I've said before regarding these type of video. The police appear absolutely clueless when it comes to the law, and yes, seem to make things up as they go along. They most definitely need much more training than they seem to get regarding the laws they are supposed to enforce.
Spot on plod, keep teaching the corrupt the law.take care and be well.👍🎦🆘⚖️☯️
You are born again hard 👍 these 2 planks were just the next shift in a van this time thinking your àrse would collapse as a van with a team of planks rolls up. The WPC turned tail with a petted lip "aw diddums" 🤣
I would find it so exhausting to try to explain simple laws and civil rights to people that have clearly been brainwashed for years and lack a strong flexible personality and brain to overcome this stoppage and try to reason as normal intelligent people again
Good job Plodmeister. Next time, make sure you tell them
They're dismissed. They hate it trust me.
Well done to all the police..they must be on top of all the crime ..so they have loads of time on their hands to check every member of the public with a camera ..crime won't crack itself
They really hate it when they are wrong, and always have to have the last word.
If I as a member of the public reported that I'd seen someone standing on 1 leg, rubbing his tummy and tapping his head, would these 2 PC's go and interogate the person as to why they were doing that?
No they probably would think it was a Freemason
Oh the police say they have a right to film in a public place but no one else has that right!!
Acting on hearsay? Yea that will work in front of a judge! Muppets whats wrong with these people if your scared of a bloke with a camera YOUR IN THE WRONG JOB!! 2277 walks away butt hurt byou can see in her face you owned here as soon as you mentioned GDPR she knew. What a shower?

They are so used to the public bending over and taking everything they say as law,,the public are now learning the law and standing up for themselves….this is why they hate photographers holding them accountable…this female officer, with her attitude will cause problems..
Policing everything except crime. Useless.
