Bragg listed 3 crimes but did not have to say if any of them were charged. The law calls for a Felony charge if there was more to gain than book keeping. Trump has admitted to the Misdemeanour and the trial has listed 3 opportunities that trump could have gained from his misdemeanour. So he is under Felony charges.
Paying hush money is not a crime but hiding a hush money payment by cooking the books so you can influence voters is a Felony.

The jury instructions were very important in a criminal trial on which i served. They contained a definition of an unrelated offense. It helped us to get this one hold out, dumbbell juror who was prejudiced against the defendant to find an out which she accepted. The rationale was lame but it moved her off the position that the guy was guilty just because he was charged. The judge had allowed two witnesses to testify with hearsay evidence and had even come into the jury room and told us afterward that we had made a mistake and the guy was guilty. We didnt make a mistake though and i told him so.
The truth is coming out in the 🇺🇸 American 🇺🇸 courts of law. If you’re not happy with the 🇺🇸 American 🇺🇸 judicial system, we more than encourage you to move to another country.
funny that they don't say anything about the gold bars that they found that had been stolen. Maybe it's just ok that a senator has stolen gold bars.
It should not depend on jury but the laws.
