I went through all these stages with one huge exception: I skipped the lawyer. All by myself. I played David in kinda David and Goliath case. 😊

Some description of some legal terms would be great. For example, what exactly does "criminal harassment" and "conditional discharge" etc mean?

That’s what trial for. That’s what evidence for. I don’t believe that anybody in jail for crime they didn’t do. From my experience law in Canada is really loyal for damage that stalker caused. These psychos deserve their jail time

Mike Kruse, can you do a video on probable cause with traffic stops, when a cop and legally order me to present ID, and when I can call a lawyer (which point during the interaction).

Pembroke Ontario needs the entire justice system brought down and honest men and woman out in place. I lost my career as a soldier after 11 years for coming home to a drug dealer living in my house and my ex wife putting drugs in my wine... My ex wife and aaid drug drealer also drank and drove my van with my son who I dont see anymore

I really think people that stalking her ass especially like the group of people who saw can harass somebody should be criminalized to the full extent of the law
