I fought with my little brother...and we opened charges against each other...now the prosecutor says one of us must take the fall and go for diversion....we both refused obviously...we wanted him to drop both charges but he refused...problem is on trial we might incriminate each other cause self defence for one results in perpetrator for the other.

What if you’re charged with assault but you were defending yourself ?
You'll need to find a way to resolve that case. Self-Defense must be proven.
If you prove self defense in Canada then they will charge you with attempted murder.@@RoyalDog214
