Chicago to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines Boeing 777-300ER

- Hello friends, recently I travelled to Saudi Arabia on a pilgrimage to Medina and Makkah. I started my journey from Chicago to Istanbul and onward to Medina on Turkish Airlines. The reason I chose to fly Turkish Airlines because they provide convenient connections to Medina, Saudi Arabia from Istanbul. I could also take Saudi Arabian airlines but for that I had to fly to either New York or Washington DC but even then Saudi Airlines only fly to Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from these two airports. One other reason that I chose Turkish Airlines on other airlines was there inflight service in economy class. I have flown all the major middle eastern airlines and I can tell you with confidence that there inflight service in economy class is no where close to Turkish airlines economy class service. Yes, they have excellent inflight service only if you are flying either business or first class but when it comes to economy class their service is just average. I know a lot of people would disagree with me but this is just my opinion. I hope you guys will like this video. Thank you again for watching and your support.

I also took the same route for Umrah alhamdulilah this year. I flew THY B77W from ORD-IST, then THY A21N from IST-JED, then THY A333 from MED-IST, then THY A359 from IST-ORD.

Thanks for watching and for your question. The reason for delay was the arrival of the aircraft. It arrived little late because it left Istanbul little late due to heavy thunderstorms. But they did cover the loss of time once we were airborne because of the tailwind. Anyway, thanks for your time and watching my video. hello do you see the engine and wing if you sit at 12 or 13 a or k on the 777-300er in turkish airlines?

i saw a video with the seat 12 and you could not see the front of the engine so i will stick to seeing the wing flaps spoilers etc. probably@@hilifetravel8764

Should I sit on the right side or the left side?
When arriving from Chicago you should be sitting on the right side for more beautiful views of the Istanbul city but if the wind is blowing westward then sitting on the left would give you a better view. Most of the time the winds are blowing towards east so right side is a better option. Thank you for your time and for your question.
