Vespa Bajaj Rear Brake Shoe Replacement or Inspection (Vespa PX, Stella scooter)

How to replace or inspect a rear brake shoe on Bajaj Legend, Chetak, Vespa PX, Stella or any other alike scooters or mopeds.
24mm socket size*
Problem: have about 10000 miles on my scooter, wanted to check how the rear brake shoe looked like. According to a service manual the shoes last 12,000 miles (19000 km). Mine happen to have more miles left. Cleaned it, no more squeaking in the mornings.
