Because in the bottom of their heart they know, Khangress cannot deliver anything. He never asked Khangress how they could not build toilets for more than half the population even after 55 years of direct rule, could not provide drinking water for 70% of population, etc., etc. I asked these questions to myself and came to the conclusion that BJP is much better at delivering than Khangress.
