Sweet ride. picked this one for its extra power against the other brands counter part (value!). The style is slick yet simple, the luxurious feel for an MPV lols . my only gripe is that why the extra storage tray not included on Lower variants
just got mine past month superb!
Shades definitely work Mr Robles 👍👍👍😎
Manifesting BRV 🙏
Oh my gosh Finally
I loved it!!!
pag iipunan ko talaga to👌
Sir good day. Does the S cvt variant have walk away locking mechanism? Honda manual seems too vague. Thank you.
Because of you sir we will get this one.. Thank you..
Did you get it? How’s the performance?
Wow😊
@ZigWheels Philippines Please do review Mitsubishi L300 FB 2.2 CRDi Euro-4. Thanx.
@ZigWheels Philippines Please do review Toyota Liteace FX Utility Van. THANX.
Thansk for this! I have been thingking whether to buy this or not. It helps to my decision.
The BR-V certainly makes its case to be THE car to beat especially at its starting price!
@@ZigWheelsPhilippines Please do review Toyota Liteace Panel Van. Thanx.
@ZigWheels Philippines Please do review Suzuki S-Presso AGS. Thanx.
entry level brv but the looks and spec is massive
When does the vtec kick in?
One of my favorite looking car this year. Simple awesome looking most especially in person.
Great review as always, Roy!
Thanks! And I agree, the more you look at the BR-V the more it grows on you! -Roy
@@ZigWheelsPhilippines Please do review Suzuki Carry Utility Van. Thanx.
Whats the city and highway mileage from this vehicle?
@ZigWheels Philippines Please do review Isuzu Traviz L Utility Van. Thanx.
suzuki xl7 3rd row is the most comfortable among all of compact mpv that you review despite your 5ft 10inches tall..
Ill admit the price of this undercuts its best competitor, the XL7. I would choose the XL7 over this because the interior space at the 3rd row is much more useable and is best in class. Plus you can more than likely get a discount😊.
Yes! While not alot of people like the XL7, it utilizes interior space the best in the segment. -Roy
@@ZigWheelsPhilippines of all the MPV that launched in the past 3 years it hasnt changed which is great for depreciation but bad on keeping up with the rest of the market. It needs cruise control and more airbags but the latter can come until a model change. But other than that its a solid mpv that emphasizes cargo and people without sacrificing one over the other
@VR JA im taller than Roy and I can fit in the 3rd row of the Xl7, i cant in the BRV
@VR JA most 7 seat mpv's can't allow a 6 footer to sit in the 3rd row, whether they can do so for more than 5 minutes and while not compromising the persons in the 2nd row is another thing entirely, thats where the XL7 excels, it just works for tall people where the Xpander is tolerable, the Brv is a no go and the Stargazer is a disappointment(considering its based on the Staria). Also the XL7 has the better fuel economy.
@@mindfreeze0838but when you find out that XL7 is assembled in India, thats the time you realize BRV S is better.
Is there still manual version of the new BRV? I am looking a review for that one albeit scarce..
There’s still the S MT variant. I haven’t seen a review of that particular variant, though.
great looking car the engine is solid, if only they gave this cruise control... we choose xpander gls over this.
Why,please give me some insights..im torn betweeen this and xpan
@@akonatoakonato5719 get this instead. While the Xpander has a higher ground clearance at 225mm, this car still has a significant height advantage over other cars in the segment at 207mm. But the difference in handling is just night and day. I've test driven both and you can definitely feel the body roll of the Xpander because of its height, but the BRV handle like a sedan. This also has a much smoother driving experience and better fuel economy thanks to the CVT. And this S variant is cheaper than the Xpander GLS by around 50k.
Once you get to drive this, there's simply no turning back, and that's not even an exaggeration. It's just so buttery smooth.
Thanks sir Roy! Undecided pa for new family car. Avanza ba or ito? Ganda ng porma ng BRV.😍
You’re right! For a more subdued JDM-ish look I would go for the Avanza but The 2nd-Gen BR-V exudes alot of the SUV vibe buyers in the segment are looking for. -Roy
for some reason, i smell the sweet new car smell when you showed the interior. lmao
Xpander GLS has auto brake hold which is a must feature in the Metro Manila traffic
Agreed. Probably kept that out to keep costs down. This is notably solid, though. -Roy
The BRV looked like a crossover next to him.
Thnks G...i got mine today.
Congratulations!!!!! Tell us about your purchase!!’ -Roy
Mas bet q itong manual brv S variant
Hi! Is the P140k difference worth it for the V variant?
yes
Your personal pref, xpander cross or brv vx?
I might need to mull that over. Both are pretty amazing with each having their pros and cons. Comparo to come soon!
@@ZigWheelsPhilippines add the xl7 if possible👍
Looking forward for the comparo!
Same price you got the Top of the line Toyota Rush GRs. While this one is just an entry model.
@@lloydd.2306 Toyota Rush is for rugged drive since it is still rear wheel drive, also underpowered for its size. Veloz has more than everything the Rush can offer.
Compared to XL7 which is better?
BRV
This or Stargazer? :)
Brv
brv has more horse power than xpander and xl7
Expander veloz and xl7 are underpower
same, kinda turn off sa rear. Torn between Xpander & brv
Are you torn because of how they look? Because they definitely each have their own charm!
In terms of design, to me its competing with the Rush..
Thanks for your comment! I agree, th BRV sure has come a long way from its odd wagon-like looks. -Roy
Honda BRV or Toyota Rush?
Rush is said to be “matagtag.” Can’t say too much since I haven’t tried riding or driving one, but our BR-V VX is definitely very comfortable when it comes to the suspension; perhaps even better than the Xpander as well.
It's a bit unfair to compare since the Rush is a much older model by now, we'd have to wait for a model update to really call it!
thank you very much to you both!
mas maluwag pa ang honda jazz gk dito. no improvement. maganda lang tignan pero di practical. buti pa ung veloz medyo lumapad kahit konti
Veloz sobrang baba. 7 seater hindi man lang umabot ng 200mm ground clearance. Good luck sa humps and lubak.
gulo mo mag salita ah
Ure 1.2m you get cheap plastic interior and outdated design.
Boring, its always i like i like i like.... this is the reason why autodeal is better to watch. Sure paid ads from honda
Edi wag ka manuod. Puro ka salita nanunuod ka din naman.
hnd nga nya like og rear design, placement ng plate number at back seat. ayus pagkaka review
