Some Arabs in the comment wrote that the Ottomans worshipped tombs, I was shocked, who taught this nonsense to these people lol. If what they are talking about is going to the grave and hoping for help from the person lying in the grave, yes, I agree, this is a shirk. However, in my entire life, I have never seen anyone do such a thing in Turkey, and neither in the Ottoman Empire. If anyone does, it's a few communities in the minority, but I haven't even heard of them.
I would like to add one more thing: Any tribe that is with the British and wages war on Muslim people, may Allah hold them accountable. The Ottomans may have been weak and badly governed in the last period, but what Muslim would allow the British flag to fly in Jerusalem? What a shame

Some may blame the Young Turks. young turks were the nickname of a political party CUP (Committee of Union and Progress). There were every kind of people among them. At first they were not nationalists. They kinda evolved into nationalism after the Balkan War. But their leader Enver Pasha actually was a hardcore Islamist. In terms of origin, he has nothing to do with Jews; he has Crimean Tatar origins.
For example, in the letters he wrote to his wife, some of the following statements are made:
"Islam will win while the British writhe like snakes with their teeth ripped out."
"I live like this, crawling around in mud rooms, surrounded by smoke and fire, away from you both physically and spiritually, with the sole attempt to save Muslims."

Shamar is actually the ancient tribe of Banu Tayy (Qahtani Arabs) while Banu Saud are from Hanifa (Adnani Arabs).
The problem was not who was allied to whom, that is always a side note to history.
The problem was what was the internal policy of the state in the first place!
The weakness comes always from within and from the government.
From the Omayyad time, the policy of the state was to use one tribe to hit the other tribes. Support internal feuds to govern. Add to this the economic situation at the end of the Ottoman Empire. The focus was on the Balkan while Anatoliya and Middle-East were neglected. 99% of commercial shipping was in the Hands of the Europeans even paper for printing the Quran was imported from Europe. The feudal system with serfdom (Agha) destroyed the villages.
But Muslims are so obsessed with "conspiracies" while it is normal politics of powers. No one faced more conspiracies than the Prophet himself despite that, he prevailed.
Is your internal policy right no one is going to be able to harm you!

    • @Historyun
      @Historyun  Před 3 měsíci +8

The Alliances with the British is a historical fact, there is nothing conspiratorial about any of it. It takes more effort to justify the pact with the British than to justify turning away from the Ottomans, despite their shortcomings.
If the Raashidi clan were still able to maintain loyalty, why couldn't the other tribes? At this point we are looking for reasons and justification rather than accepting the reality for what it was.

My brother, these are distinctive and good books for understanding the nature of the Arab conflict with the Ottomans so that we can see the historical truth from different angles:
    1. When Sultan Abdul Hamid announced that he was the caliph of the Muslims, Abdul Rahman Al-Kawakibi published his book (The Natures of Tyranny(طبائع الاستبداد للمؤلف عبد الرحمن الكواكبي) and reminded him that the caliphate is Arab.
    2. A book by one of the eyewitnesses during the period of the Ottoman occupation of Egyptian lands, by the historian Muhammad bin Iyas in his book “Bada’i’ al-Zuhur fi Waqi’a’ al-Ahur”
المؤرخ محمد بن إياس في كتابه "بدائع الزهور في وقائع الدهور
Historian Ibn Zanbal al-Rimal, in his book “The Incident of Sultan al-Ghuri with Salim al-Uthmani,” mentions the Ottomans’ theft of many treasures and everything beautiful from Egyptian homes, until the Egyptians hid in mosques to escape the Ottomans.

    3. As for the events in Syria, one can read the book of the Damascene historian Shams al-Din Ibn Tulun (d. 1546), one of the witnesses to that stage, in his book “The Fruit of Timelessness in the Events of Time.”
المؤرخ الدمشقي شمس الدين بن طولون (المتوفي 1546)، أحد الشاهدين على تلك المرحلة في كتابه "مفاكهة الخلان في حوادث الزمان"
and Historian Asaad Mufleh Dagher in his book “The Arab Revolution,” which Syria witnessed between 1833 and 1837.
This explains the reasons that hastened the emergence of the Great Arab Revolt, led by Al-Sharif.

    4. As for the events in the Arabian Peninsula:
    1. The book Safar Barlak: The author: Muhammad Al-Saed talks about the forced displacement of the people of Medina by the Ottomans
Historian Jarallah Muhammad Al-Hashimi, in his History of Mecca, talks about some of the shocking crimes of the Ottomans against the people of Mecca.
Memories of the Three Epochs by Muhammad Hussein Zaidan is one of the most important books in the history of Medina during the time of the Ottomans. It mentions some of their crimes against the people of Medina. He is one of the important historians of Medina.
The book “The History of Al-Jabarti” by the historian Al-Batterjee is one of the most important books that documents the struggle of the Ottomans with the Arabs of the Arabian Peninsula

I do commend you on your effort and the work you do to bring about the hidden and unspoken history. One that is vital to help guide the generation to a brighter future.
In regard to this episode. I’d like to make some corrections. I do feel that western naming, seems to distort in many situations, the facts on the ground , yet reflects on history. The Emirate in mention here, is called Shommer, a long established rulers of a great portion of the centre and northern part of the Arabian peninsula. Shommer is one of the two largest tribes in the Arabian Peninsula. Their roots originate from what's called Hai'el today(حايل). An area, the contemporary history, situates around Jabal Shommer (The mountains of Aja & Salma). The association of the Shommer Emerates profoundly linked to these mountains as they were a defined emblem of their pride, bravery, and notorious generosity.
The Al-Rasheed state was the last of three consecutive states of governesses of Shommer. It was ruled by a dynasty of A’ll -Ali in the previous two states followed by A’ll-Rasheed in the third one. Just for the knowledge, Al-Rasheed is a branch from A’ll-Ali.
It is quite a rich era, full of very important events that played a vital and major role in shaping the area. Yet many of these facts are kept suppressed by the emerging governing parties as a result. In the effort of stabilizing their assumed legitimacy. The importance of unveiling the mask in this era, in my opinion, plays an important role in the road to recovery that is long sought. Shommer tribe presence is still vital in numbers amongst many countries in the region as a result of it being dissected.
My blood line is from A’ll-Ali and I did my share in investigating my roots and the history associated with it. The history of the era is quite intriguing and would take you on a roller coaster journey to the current time of uncertainty to our true identity.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for a more elaborate view on the subject.

The basic meaning of Najd is that which is raised/elevated from the earth in contravention to al-Gawr for that is what is lower than it. Tihaamah [the coastal plain along the south-western and southern shores of the al-ʿArabīan Peninsula] is entirely al-Gawr and Mecca is in Tihaamah.’”
Ibn Hajr continues, “by this [saying of al-Khaṭṭābī] the weakness of the saying of ad-Daawodee is understood that ‘Najd is in the direction of ʿIrāq’ for he suggests that Najd is a specific place. This is not the case, rather everything that is elevated with respect to what adjoins it is called Najd and the lower area called Gawr.” [Fath al-Bārī 13/58-59]

After the fall of the Ottoman Empire, Britain's position on the Emirate of Jabal Shammar changed, and it encouraged an alliance between the Emirate of Jabal Shammar and the Sharif of Mecca, because they did not want one power to control everything. They wanted a balance of power in the Arabian Peninsula. They tried to weaken Ibn Saud's position, but the Brotherhood achieved major victories over Sharif Hussein and the Emirate of Jabal Shammar, which made Britain abandon its support for Sharif and Jabal Shammar, and accept the fait accompli. To my understanding The Arabs are originally North Kingdom Turkic peoples which conquered, displaced and enslaved the original Black indigenous native nomad desert tribes and peoples around 450AD. And that the old Mesopotamians were the true natives of the now Arabian Peninsula. It is said that the buried dad's DNA of the lands dead before this period reveals this truth. And that the Turkic Ottomans represent the 2nd wave that conquered North Africa in the same way. It is said that because the Turkic Arab used iron based weapons the People of the desert were easily conquered because their weapons were like the ancient Kemet/ Egyptian's made of WOOD.

Shut up , you pathological liar and phantasist. All your blubbering comes from the fact that you are ashamed of your parents.
Whatever they could had been, if they were decent people, then that's more than enough. Alas , you want to systemise your misery by the endless lying.

Turkic Arab? What nonsense, there's no any similarities between Arabs and Turks.
What truly makes me wonder, how your type has an audacity, to tell the whole story, which was made up in your head 15 minutes ago.
      It is called Social Psychosis.

“British Saudis” they literally ruled Arabia and fought the British many times they simply made an alliance in the 20th century with the Brit’s so Al saud can Conquer The ottoman backed Rashidi clan😂😂, obviously some Bedouin Arabs cannot win a fight against a other Bedouin tribe backed up by a whole empire
