Look up bleeding your fish , its a game changer. If you cut the gills on smaller fish or cut the tail on the larger catfish it makes for a better tasting fish.
Totally agree! I started doing this with catfish and I also bleed Crappie! Noticeable difference in taste and your catfish meat will be absolute pearly white!

Do not leave a smoker on your truck and leave it. Pellet grills have been know to catch fire. Just be safe.

Fun video as usual but please don’t use the metal grill brush. Pieces of the metal wire can break off and embed in the meat/fish during cooking. Just looking out for you and the fam. ❤
